Oh, and about your foot injury, the best way to really heal it faster is to not walk on it as much as possible honestly. Massaging your foot, taking anti-inflammatory medicine, bandaging it up, and getting better insoles for your shoes is the best things you can do for it. I've had a LOT of injuries in my life so I know what's up lol. But yeah, do what I mentioned and you will be healed a lot faster if you don't do anything about it. Hope it feels better soon man
Regarding the injury- it's really important to rest and recover any serious tendon injury. Depends on the grade of tear. What you don't want is to continually ignore serious pain. If the injury is not acute (meaning early stages) then it becomes chronic at which point you get scar tissue occuring on injury site. Which can really prevent the injury from fully healing . Do what u can to support healing eg. Strapping the ankle with support bandages, massage/gentle mobilisation and stretching, anti inflammatory natural oils and creams like wintergreen and arnica, foot baths , Epsom salt baths. Ice baths hot packs(wheat bags)Generally just resting and nurturing injury as much as possible. Drinking will slow healing time also from inflammatory response to alcohol. The more chronic the injury the more important it is to nurture as last thing u want is to have it become a forever injury that haunts you for years. Another awesome vid Wayno. Love your energy.

From what your saying I feel like the injury isn't able to heal at all right now because your traveling and you need that foot to get around and putting your whole body weight on it all the time it's unable to progress . It's one those catch 22 mate. Damned if you do. Damned if you don't. Just make sure it's progressively healing over next few months otherwise you might need an MRI. I don't recommend surgery unless it's absolutely 100% necessary unless ALL other options have been explored over the next 12-18 months. Even then.

Took me about 4 weeks for a pretty rough (self-diagnosed) stretched tendon that made a bit of my foot go black to stop hurting.. was walking on it pretty consistently
@@wayneosadventures probably worth an xray to be honest.. from anecdotal experience, if the bruise is mainly concentrated in quite a small spot (10c coin?) good chance you've got a break or fracture.. hard for that to heal with constant pressure
