Yamaha Vino 125cc idle adjustment.

You can use a long Philips screwdriver thru the front access panel. I find it hard to do or you can cut the access panel. The panel with a cover seals the compartment and is a lot easier to adjust the screw.
It’s your choice.

That's the throttle cable that's not your idle air mixture. It takes 3 minutes to remove the seat and the side. Or go through the front for that throttle screw. Easy to reach
