Every Sunday morning I say to my wife “I wonder if Niki and Jason got their boat yet???” Great videos in the meantime… helps to pass the time…. Still VERY entertaining!!! Thank you!!
What a cool shot of the dolphins, the water spray looked like sparks shooting over them. Great video, glad the two of you got to experience such a magnificent yacht.
@17:00 Imagine being 5 (me) in a 12 foot fiberglass dinghy, and having that experience with the largest of the dolphins an Orca. It was amazing, I went from being scared to not worried at all. We were surrounded, visited by a pod while we were fishing, we saw them and wound our lines in despite them not really being on trajectory to tangle with them. They veered in our direction to check us out. I still remember the feeling of connection some 50 years later.
Awe man!!..... NOTHING better than an omelet and coffee with the Winn's on Sunday morning!!! It's STUNNING to me that you guys only have a touch over a half a million subscribers!.... THEN, you got these SILLY pranksters who have 5, 6 or 7 MILLION subscribers doing just SILLY pranks!! THIS channel should be WAY up there with those silly pranksters! You guys run your business, channel, editing, shooting like no other and it's astonishing that you guys only have a fraction of the subscribers of the silly pranksters! You guys should have the 5, 6 even 7 million subscribers!!!! There's SOOOO many people missing out on your work. All that is coming from someone who lives in the desert and NEVER EVER wants to become a sailor in ANY way! I find myself living vicariously through you and watching you guys JUMP into the 2000 foot deep waters was ENOUGH for me. I'm SO glad that you guys do that and NOT me. 16:49 -- INCREDIBLY videography!!!!! 18:03 -- Jason, I'm with YOU my man!!! Nikki can go up 2000 feet and I'd be GREAT with that as long as she's SAFE! I'll stay on the deck and CHEER her on (GO NIKKI! ... GO NIKKI!!>, I AINT going up there!! Yes, I'm a CHICKEN and I'm GOOD with that! I'm a man who knows his limitations! Again guys, your channel DESERVES MANY more millions than your current subscriber stats!! You both have MUCH love out here for you! STAY SAFE you two!!! .... Now for another BORING week before another GREAT episode of the Winn's!!!
Interesting position for an emergency off button. 🤣🤣 I worked at a programming site many years ago where we coded on and ran a mini-computer (for those too young, it was only mini compared to a mainframe). If shut off in 'emergency' mode it could take hours to reboot, and the off switch was right next to the rooms light switch. We eventually put a cover on it ...
The first video we ever saw of you guys was when you were in the Keys and you caught the lobster by the dock of where you were staying. Been watching you since then. We went back and watched all of your previous videos before that and every new video since then. I often think back to the lobster video because, well, you guys were out of your element. Fast forward to now, and wow. You guys have grown into a sea going force to reckon with. Looking forward to continued adventures. You guys rock.
I have never been on a sailboat and have little desire to do so. However, I watch these Sunday videos religiously. Perhaps I am living vicariously through Nikki and Jason! 😊
Nikki and Jason, a great reveal of life aboard a super yacht, without an owner or guests. Beautiful visuals from every angle, but @6:48 to see the constellation Orion so clearly was astonishing and testament to the dark skies at sea few of us land lubbers get to experience with the light pollution in most populated areas. Nice story to share with us. Thank you.
When Jason came down from the mast, the sky behind hm was a blue-green, stunning! Nikki turning off the gen was too funny, I think you both did a great job!
Jason, Nikki, that spot on your camera footage means you have a speck of dust on your sensor. If the camera is a DSLR it happens when you change lenses. Sometimes you need a special loop to see em'.
Yes, that's what he was pointing out, that I got that dust spec when I changed the lenses. So it had just happened. Which is why I said sorry. I am not as cautious as Jason is. He is the real pro.
your journey through the Med was so calm and lovely. Thank you for doing this two episodes and sharing them with us. Beautiful vessel, and yes there is a lot of work. Doubt it would be fun for crew with paying guests onboard. Special people do this for a living - they were all so kind.
The eye contact with the dolphin was an amazing experience. I had that experience as a small child around 8 years old with an Orca. I have to say, that to this day, I have a love yet almost fear of Orcas because of their immense size and having met one up so close to our very small boat that was smaller than the Orca. I think your takeaway will be a little different though, because you are not 8 years old, and your dolphin wasn't larger than the boat you were on or an apex predator.
Wow, what a great episode. The bos'n chair ride would be fantastic, a little scary, but such a great experience. This crew seems amazing and fun to work with. And of course, what a beautiful vessel.
Wow. She’s a beautiful boat! That is awesome you two got to go aboard her. I’m super excited to see your adventures aboard your new boat. As always, be safe and see you on your next post.
Dolfins are sentient beings. They are self aware Your experience was intentional What an amazing experience My cheeks hurt from smiling so much What you do is the way life should be It's the life I want
I totally understand that problem. It's common with DSLR's. This is why I use a Canon D9. It has most of the features of a DSLR but it's enclosed so no dust gets on the sensor. There's also an underwater housing made for it. 🎉
Wow, what an exciting adventure as a superyacht mate! It's incredible to see you experience life onboard such a magnificent yacht. The dolphins swimming alongside the boat were magical, like sparks shooting over them! Your videos always help pass the time, and I can't wait to see your new boat adventures. Stay safe, and thank you for taking us along on these amazing journeys!
Can hardly wait for your new boat ,I’m have been watching you guys for many yrs .this new boat and the new adventurers is going to be so exciting. You guys are good people thanks for sharing your time at sea .
I hope the owners have as much fun on her, as all of you did....but they are amazing people , in their own right...for letting you have the trip, ...and allowing us all, as well , to have just a taste, of sailing on her. Takes a village. Thanks.
I want to be able to give this comment 10x Likes! I couldn't agree more - but it is available for charter so you or I, and families/friends, could spend a fortnight cruising in the Mediterranean, Caribbean, coast of Brittany etc (if we have enough spare change)
I was a tad late this morning. #12 or #13. But it's a great video to start my Sunday. We are now one more video closer to being introduced to your new floating home. ❤ 🎉
A truly remarkable boat, beautiful and seaworthy. It seems odd to me that such a large boat tows its tender but perhaps it would look unsightly with davits hanging from its lovely stern. Thanks for the trip on a boat way beyond my means.
Nikki replied to another query that the crew tows it on shorter passages if the weather's good but no reason why was given. I'm sure it's easier.... Curious Minion
Going up the mast is what ended sailing for me. Ours was only 85’ from the water but I only went up when something broke. I am on a blood thinner and always wore a life jacket, I was always covered with bruises the next day. My wife made me quit when I turned 65.
Great video, your destination is my favorite island. I think the part of Majorca where you docked at might be the "French" part because of the number of french there. I was in the Navy in the early 70's and never missed a shore call to Palma.. I rented a Siat to drive the island and flew for a moment in it. (The car was light and the wind over the cliff lifted it in the air momentarily.) I've watched your videos for a while and have never seen a video on your exercise routine, I know that your diet has a lot to do with your physical condition, but wonder if there is more. Also a video about exploring Majorca would be wonderful.
I so enjoy your videos and all the hard work you put into them, making it all look so easy 💪. In addition I find myself smiling throughout the entire video Thank you
Because this story was about what the daily life of being crew looks like. If you want to see more of the boat, check out the first video we did that was all about the boat including a full tour. ruclips.net/video/cfqRKnwAnfw/видео.html
This is quite an experience of a lifetime to be sailing on "Destination" in the Med. You had a very good weather, nice crew and the Dolphins....They are in deed very loving creatures, I had a chance to be very close to them in Moorea, I still feel it in my heart. You created the best leading Sailing YT channel. I enjoyed it so much, Thank You ! 🥰
absolutely incredible breathtaking beauty out there! sunset, sunrise, moon, stars and the 'stars on the water' as Buffett would say. achingly beautiful! thanks so much for taking us along on this amazing passage!
On a bad day, going up the mast, is like being forced to walk the plank, except you get to come back to the ship, and not left flailing in the ocean! LOL
Coming from an electrical background, I'm shocked that there isn't a guard that covers the shut-off and prevents unintentional shutdown. If it were my boat, one would be installed ASAP. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Thanks for sharing.
That is an amazing boat. Thaks for sharing this , I am pretty sure I will not be sailing on one of those in this life. The dolphin encounter was very cool, how often does one get to make eye contact with a dolphin? This has to be a memory of a lifetime...
So awesome! I would be responsible for going up all the time. The hubby isn’t fond of heights. Great video! I can’t wait to see and see you all experience your new boat. So jealous! It will be something I would love to experience. I grew up on a mountain lake but I understand it is vastly different. But love the lifestyle.
I think that I like you guys sailing your own boat better. Not that that wasn't an amazing boat but It's just not the same as you two out there by yourselves against the elements. Keep the good stuff coming guys and hope to see you on your own boat soon.
That was an interesting adventure and experience for both of you. It’s interesting that when you were high up the mast I had a memory of a similar event where I was around 150 feet up the side of a grain elevator. The bosuns chair at that time was a single piece of 2x6 board about 30 inches wide with a single piece of rope stuck through the board with big knots holding it in place. We had to go up to the top of the grain elevator at 250 feet and I had to be let down with a winch about 50 feet where I had to drill a 1.25 inch hole in the side of the concrete silo so we could get the first anchor bolt and angle iron installed so we could start installation of a grain leg. After getting 4 bolts and angle irons installed, the wind picked up and I got blown 10-15 feet both ways and after seeing lightening within 1 mile the boss decided it was enough for the day and I got to go down 50 feet to the top of the lower silo. Essentially I was working around 150 feet above ground, so I can appreciate how it must have felt for both of you, but we weren’t sailing so it wasn’t exactly the same as you experienced.
Ahoy mate! You rather than me up that mast. Sailings in your blood, waxing poetic about night watch and sunrise watch. Jason you made up and down. Good for you! Yeah, always loved those dolphins. Having gone up many a mast to set a windex, hooray for Nikki and Jason! I don't blame you for having the shakes, Nikki. It takes plenty of nerve to master one's fears to climb the mast in a bos'ns chair, and maybe get rigging work done -- especially when underway. Those dolphins have some personality. Epic sunset photography, Jason! 🥰 Blessings, S/V Windwalker (on the hard for winter 😵💫)
Great vid, as always You got luck as a member of the deck crew No swabbing the deck, no going over the side to paint the hull no lifeboat drills Bummer the winds weren't more severe Been fun to watch the hull heeling maybe burying a rail :) But, that is the weather's fault Next week TALL SHIP with NIKKI as the shantygirl Singing Blood Red Roses and sally Brown :) Going aloft in a storm taking on green seas

What a stunning video and what a crazy beautiful boat. The night watch shots conveyed the atmosphere fantastically well. Utterly beautiful piece of film making guys :)
What an adventure! Captain Mike's crew sure looked like they could be his own offspring (well, minus the chef LOL). They all seemed to work well together, and it was such a gift for them to welcome you both aboard to film!
Great Vlog~~ I can see you guys are really having fun while you’re still waiting for your boat. What kind of salary or paycheck would one be looking at for being a crew member on this boat?
Every Sunday morning I say to my wife “I wonder if Niki and Jason got their boat yet???” Great videos in the meantime… helps to pass the time…. Still VERY entertaining!!! Thank you!!

I have never been on a sailboat and have little desire to do so. However, I watch these Sunday videos religiously. Perhaps I am living vicariously through Nikki and Jason! 😊
Thanks for more of sailing on Destination with Capt. Mike & crew - what a nice adventure !

So cool you get to experience all of these things! Thank you for taking us along!
Incredible boat. Something to look forward to in the future??? HA! Thanks for taking us along.

What an amazing experience
My cheeks hurt from smiling so much
What you do is the way life should be

Once in a lifetime experience! This is gonna make the HH feel like child's play 🎉😂❤
What a great video. My cup is filled for today❤
THAT was a beautiful moment indeed with the dolphin Nikki! I felt that. Love the Wynn's!

Another Sunday morning with the Wynns! Better you than me going up on that mast! Brave souls, you are. ❤️❤️
That was National Geographic spectacular scenery thank you for sharing

that is a really cool boat and great video showing the glimpse as to what that boat is like under passage .. oh and the dolphins were super cool
What an awesome boat and chance to cruise on it.

Really nice episode I really enjoyed it we have bad weather here so stuck indoors with just the tv.

Nikki and Jason Wynn - touched by the hand of God, living in divine favor.
thank you for sharing these experiences, can't wait for you guys to get your new boat
What a glorious ship! Beautiful photography! This has been a wonderful episode.
What an utterly fantastic vessel Destination is and what an utterly fantastic set of episodes these were.
It’s amazing how little of the boat you guys filmed.

My mast is 42 feet off the water. I’ll never complain about it again, lol
My thought exactly. I was stunned there wasn't even a cage. Maybe it's a marine requirement to make it accessible if the floor is at 45° 🤷
@manintweed Yes, a cage you insert your hand into, from the bottom or side, is what I expected.
That is an amazing boat. Thaks for sharing this , I am pretty sure I will not be sailing on one of those in this life. The dolphin encounter was very cool, how often does one get to make eye contact with a dolphin? This has to be a memory of a lifetime...

Loved both videos and thank you for bringing us along! Loved the Dolphins on the Bow! what eye contact!!!! Thank you for all you both do and share!
Our pleasure! Thanks for watching.
Nice to see you on the water again!
Great video...Plus ..We got to see more Niki ....Yea!.....
One episode closer to HH44-3.
The scene at 2:53 has me cracking up ... casually getting someone up the mast ... ROTFL ;-))))))
Nikki , you didn't do much as a mate compared to Jason as cook, with of course a DISHWASHER!!!!!
Yeah, working a boat this size is not for the feint of heart.
Looking forward to next week, maybe your shopipng for your extras plus who knows what.
Un abbraccio forte a due!
I've never seen an eye contact with a dolphin in the wild quite like that. That shot has enormous value.
Loved this! Takes me right back, such good memories. Nikki, you got off super easy, but you deserve a break 🤗🤍
I’m cheering for you when you get your boat because it will be unexpected like when I get my house. Jeannie and Scott Stark Clearwater Florida
If you want to know what’s going on with my house we sold the house they forgot to pay the interest and we’re going to court on it I know it’s gonna go on my husband thinks I’m a little off but I know it’s gonna go on we get our house back
Why aren't headsets used.Going up the mast voice and hand signals can be misinterpreted/not seen.
Great seeing you guys experience life as crew on that yacht.
Fantastic adventure, once in a lifetime look at pure luxury!! Thanks for sharing. CHEERS!!!!
Blessings,
S/V Windwalker (on the hard for winter 😵💫)
Very funny ending, Thanks for another great watch
Great vid, as always You got luck as a member of the deck crew No swabbing the deck, no going over the side to paint the hull no lifeboat drills Bummer the winds weren't more severe Been fun to watch the hull heeling maybe burying a rail :) But, that is the weather's fault Next week TALL SHIP with NIKKI as the shantygirl Singing Blood Red Roses and sally Brown :) Going aloft in a storm taking on green seas
Great photography and great video this week. Thoroughly enjoyed!
Really entertaining and informative episode. Great job!
thank you for the video
Hope your getting your new boat, Haven't see anything from you guys in over a week so crossing my fingers for ya!
Thanks for sharing, My daughter has just finished High School and has shown some interest in crewing. I'll share and she can investigate. Cheers
Been here since the van days. Must admit this was one great video, well done.
An other great video. The last two videos were very educational as to what actually goes on running one of these mega sailboats. Like the small clip of the bird and especially the eye contact with the dolphin. Now, let us get back to your new HH catamaran. I'm sure after these passage you must be happy you did not go bigger.
Nice ride!
Wonderful episode! Very enjoyable!😊
Great adventure. Thank you for sharing it. The dolphins...wonderful!
How cool to ride on such a beautiful vessel!
Such a cool video! That yacht is gorgeous!
Great Vlog~~ I can see you guys are really having fun while you’re still waiting for your boat. What kind of salary or paycheck would one be looking at for being a crew member on this boat?
You guys are so lucky🎉 I know your boat will be ready soon but the crew are so nice and I am sure they enjoy your company along the way ❤️😎
What a great adventure
