Hi can you help in this,my CAD is hanging particular file due to block with attributes can't work it take time every selection 5to 10 minutes to move or paste.. Can you clarify it?

Make a copy of the file. Use purge command to remove unused blocks and references. Then the file will become lighter.

Sorry friend. We can not use express tools in AutoLISP routines. You can write (defun c:ctd()(c:tcircle)), But passing inputs is not possible.
