Thanks for sharing Nate. My why: I knew since I was 14 I was going to join the Military and between hockey, judo boxing, I was very active. Once I joined I was able to maintain a really high level of fitness, especially when I started doing close protection/body guard work. Physical fitness made the job easier to do. If I couldn't do day long patrol in a desert with a Vip, or react at night to emergencies because I was tired, I failed. It's even more important as a team leader. You have to lead by example. After various injuries, mental and physical, I was too messed up to be consistent with my diet and fitness. I did not like being out of shape but was stuck in a depressive rut of pain. It was also challenging to relearn a lifetime of fitness trchniques that worked for me. What previously worked was now debilitating. I ultimatly had help figuring it all out. Now I do it not only to keep my body in shape, but my mind as well. Depression is very real, but lethargy, poor diet and feeling sorry for yourself never helped any one. Sound body, sound mind. Cheers.

I think it’s really inspiring that you are now working to help others to work on themselves having gone through a lot yourself. Great video keep em coming
