Silk pillowcases are awesome! I use them as well as sometimes a silk bonnet. Silk hair ties important as well. I also use root boost, Toppik, and currently have some tape in extensions. I see a dermatologist for this and recommend one. I am so sorry you have to go through this. It’s hard at any age, but I am 65, and am horrified to feel that I am so vain I don’t want to leave the house without hair. I would have never known that you were wearing a wig-you are so beautiful!
That rephr cream is SO GOOD for normal/combination and sensitive skin! I've been using it for maybe a year and hate running out because nothing else in my budget really compares. Since finding that cream I've totally lost the desire to try every new cream that pops up on youtube. My other skincare essentials are cleansing oil (Kose Speedy in the Pikachu bottle), CeraVe foaming cleanser, Asian sunscreen like Beauty of Joseon (I heard lab muffin beauty science describe it as a commuter sunscreen and that's spot on: cosmetically elegant, comfortable, great protection, but not very tenacious), and a mineral SPF to lock it down. Sounds like a lot written down, but really it's just five relatively boring but outstanding products.

I can not agree with you enough about the Rephr light hydration cream. It’s fantastic. I also use the essence and love it. It’s made a huge difference in my skin. I use the heavier cream in the black tube for my hands and feet. Amazing! Ooohh, I want that Smashbox blush brush! 😍

I'm dealing with postpartum hair shedding and have been testing different shampoos, masks, sprays, serums to help slow the shed and speed up regrowth. Breakage is another issue I've noticed pp, so I should really get a silk pillow case. Anyway, I was between the Virtue & Alterna Densifying Treatment. I went with the Alterna and I don't like it at all. It does nothing for my hair and makes it appear slightly greasy. I'm going to return it and buy the Virtue instead. I've heard great things about the mask as well! I love that L'oreal spray! It's so quick and effective and always stays until I wash it out. I got my first order from Rephr the other day. I bought the 02, 14, 27, 29 & 33. I haven't played with the 33 yet but I might today when I get ready. I'm very happy with all of them so far!

I just went into Rite aide and spent $50 on Cera Ve which I usually do not do drug store to then watch your video and remember REPHER so I’m good on skin care for awhile Ohh and got the Skin Fix kit HAHA
For me it’s my skin care routine and products, The inkey list fulvic acid cleanser First aid beauty radiance pads The inky list omega water cream moisturizer I went from dry dehydrated skin easily triggered hormonal breakouts as well as eaily triggered rosacea to normal to combo skin with easily controlled rosacea and no breakouts unless i use a skin product that causes it
I've just used the Cosrx pimple patches from your list and really liked it, they were pretty good and gentle as well. I tried silk pillowcases, the only problem for me was washing them. i wash my pillow cases weekly and I ruined my silk one so I switched back to the cotton ones as I can just throw them in the laundry with everything else.
@@MartinaLily I think with silk it needs a delicate cycle or silk cycle. I put mine of a regular hot cycle with the rest of my stuff and it ruined the fabric
@@MartinaLily I wash mine in one of those mesh bags made for delicates and I only wash in cold water on gentle cycle. Luckily I wash all of my clothing in that same manner, minus the bag for things that aren’t delicates. So I wash them with my clothing instead of the rest of my bedding, because I use hot water and color-safe bleach on those. Definitely be careful washing your silk items if you want them to last. I used to hand wash my silk pillowcases but I felt like they weren’t getting rinsed thoroughly. Cold water on gentle cycle and line drying seems to work just fine so far. I wash my satin bonnets and silk scrunchies in the same bag as my pillowcases. Mine has 4 different compartments to the bag
