This interview was originally produced by RF Video Inc on November 6, 2000 at Jim Cornette's home in Kentucky. Licensed for distribution on Title Match Network.
Hear how Dusty Rhodes originally envisioned the Night of the Skywalker match to really go. Cut to NWA Wrestling's Starrcade 1986 featuring an epic scaffold match between the Midnight Express and the Road Warriors.
Cornette agreed to take the fall but Big Bubba Rogers (aka Big Boss Man later in WWF) failed to catch him at all, leaving Jim to take a nasty, awkward fall.

As a person that works within the ski and snowboard industry, my knee's have been brutally abused over the last 30 years. What was once 100+ days on the mountain in a season, is now 1-3 days on the mountain in a season. It's not about the take off, but rather how the landing gear is going to perform. Even if all goes well during a good session, the pain that lasts for several days on end afterwards, is just too unbearable.

The other was Summerslam 96 during the Vader vs HBK match. He's also had to have his groin stapled and had his head shaved twice. Not to mention dressing up as a woman to attack Ricky Morton during a match
His road schedule was also insane during the 80s. not just the travel but eating and finding hotels. This was when you worked 6 or 7 nights a week and did double shots on the weekend.
