I'm just a few years younger than AR, although I'm older semi retired Barber nobody was accused me of being an angel back in the day. I'm thankful I didn't have the temptation of growing up in a Mob neighborhood. I do have a long Self Defense background growing up, I ran nightclubs, did Bodyguard/Security work for about a decade, I was no stranger to handling business.

I remember when all you had to do was know someone in a job like the post office or hospital for example, and you'd get informed of an upcoming job and would have a quick chat (interview) with a manager and get the job.

Fantastic interview, and I’ve been watching mob docs and pods for what seems like decades and learned new stuff. Big fan of Anthony, and goldfish brains saying they wouldn’t have ratted - yea ok 😂😂😂 - majority of people ain’t built for prison

A quick detail he missed in the “conflict within the mob family” part was that one of the reasons Albert Anastasia was killed was because he killed Vincent & Phillip Mangano, which is why Carlo Gambino supposedly killed Anastasia

Even tho the feds had numerous hours of tapes,IMO Sammy got him convicted, if Sammy don't roll he gets a hung jury at worst, that's my opinion, there's a reason Sammy only got five years for being involved in nineteen murders,he won the case for the feds, not the tapes
