The “ noticing the light going in and out “ is such a cool and creative idea. I got so much tingles when the lights flashed by slowly and quickly
Me too. Cranial nerve exams are always my favorite because I like when they flash the light in your eyes, but the problem is that you have to keep your eyes open to follow it, plus it’s bright. This is the PERFECT solution and I wish there were more of these around!!

It's such a niche talent to be creative and good with ASMR. It's hard to explain why you're so good, but you just are :)
2 things i can see that explain it
1 Soothing voice
2 Lots of practice(check how many older videos she has she usually would check the feedback)
1 thing to note is that shes been doing this for a relatively short amount of time compared to other big asmrists ive seen

The trigger where the counting fades and your voice gets quieter was OUTSTANDING. It gave me the best tingles I’ve had in a while. Thank you :).
Just a note for anyone with epilepsy or epilepsy-like situations like myself! There aren't exactly flashing lights I'd say but there are quick lights on and off the screen so just be careful!

As someone who mostly gets tingles with visual triggers i always have a hard time specifically using asmr to sleep because when I close my eyes i stop feeling the tingles immediately so i just use it to relax usually. Thats the first time im able to feel tingles with my eyes closed since i could still "see" a visual trigger with the light 😁🥰 tysm for the great video and kudos for the creativity

I happened upon this video and immediately subscribed because this idea was so original. I often struggle to fall asleep with ASMR because I cannot get tingles without the visual aspect, being able to get some stimulation while still having my eyes closed was so good and actually made sleep come faster. Saving this video to favorites 🤩

This is a really good question! I don’t test them out on her lol she unfortunately does not get tingles/asmr. I usually go off instinct, personal experience, and what I see people tend to like based on their comments and feedback (:
