Who is the "Real" Seed of Abraham? | LIFE IN MESSIAH

Has the church replaced Israel in God's eyes? Galatians 3:29 says: "And if you are Messiah’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise." Having read this, some misguided Gentiles will say: "Look, we've replaced the Jewish people. We are now Abraham's seed - the real Jewish people - the new Jewish people - because of our faith in Messiah." But is this biblically and theologically the right way to interpret this verse?
