Where can i find the specs? (i looked at your website didn't find them). I am specifically looking for temperature specs on the pipes and the timer (it snows here). Also would it be correct to assume that the timer can be installed out in the open including in harsh climate conditions (-20 to +35 degrees C).
Yeah as long as it doesn’t freeze
U take the timer out during winter and put it back in next season
You could just hook an air compressor onto the line where the timer is and blow out all water at the end of the season, just dont use too much pressure. I do this with all my garden hoses anyway.
I installed the 12 head blu lock system. Followed the gallon’s per minutes and water pressure calculations, expected good results. One system won’t even pop up.. Don’t waste your money.
Get a pump....if you did any research, you would have known you would need a booster pump. FFS.
What do you do in the winter?
Disconnect it from the faucet and use a blow out adapter and with an air compressor blow out the what ever water is left in the system.
Thanks 🙏
Can you run the six head on one straight line instead of using the splitter to split into two lines of three?
They mentioned you shouldn’t in the video so the answer is no. The sprinklers will drop pressure. Do you by chance have an outdoor water spigot?
Do they still sell this? I couldn’t find this anywhere
We do sell this, however this has been out of stock and facing inventory issues due to covid. We hope to be back to normal near the end of summer.
I found this exact model online just type in your phone DIY sprinkler system
Just type in DIY sprinkler system
Orbit Lawn Garden Life hopefully soon!
The people at Orbit sent me a parts list for this kit and I bought everything separate. What Orbit didn’t have, I got from Home Depot and Lowe’s.
How could I place an order
Can I just use a trencher instead of a shovel?
No, has to be a shovel or the water won't go through the hose.
@@areutryingitout5678 lol
How do we order this?
Hello, this is currently out of stock but should be back in a few weeks. www.orbitonline.com/product/all-in-one-sprinkler-kit/
great digging lol
What size pipe is this? Can it be joined go PVC?
1/2 inch tubing and no I wouldn’t modify this with any other materials If you’re wanting a kit like this one.
when will it be in stock
no mention of GPM? weird
You get 6 heads and the timer has one outlet but you can only have 3 heads on a given line. Am I missing something?
Yeah, you need to split the line so you have 3 on each. Watch from .59 seconds ruclips.net/video/FoRBITgGOho/видео.html
It was just for one straight line not the whole system
Confusing
I don’t understand how by splitting the line and put 3 heads on each T will be different as putting it straight! Still is one zone and all 6 heads will be running at once. What gives it more pressure?
@@david196805 you could buy the timer that has several outlets and when is running it does one outlet first and keeps the others closed and when done it switches to the second outlet etc.
Im glad you pointed to the screwdriver so i knew what item it was.
So why would you ever do a professionally installed irrigation system? What’s the difference?
A lot of work
Depends on your budget and what you actually want. It can be a lot of work for a legit sprinkler system but not if you hire professionals to do it. Professional systems are expensive, usually $4,000+ for a system. It depends where you live and what area you’d want one in. So don’t quote me on that. If you’re on a budget you could easily get away with a system like this one or a different one. Orbit makes good sprinklers but they’re not the best. If you don’t care about quality and are on a budget then by all means purchase and install one of these yourself.
CASH S hi, so what better system would you recommend? Thanks!
Al B A Rain Bird ETI kit instead of Orbit. My favorite irrigation brand doesn’t make them or else I’d recommend theirs instead. Rain Bird is definitely better than Orbit so I’d go with the ETI kit. It also depends on what you’re wanting to water, most of the time people are better off making their own DIY sprinkler system or set up.
CASH S thanks for the quick reply!
Hose bib systems are trash, hose bib controller never holds a seal at the hose bib. And there is never sufficient pressure, also in most cases there is nothing stopping cross contamination to your potable water supply.
The out door faucet should have a backflow preventer on it , but you knew that.
You are advertising your product than teaching on how to install. This video lacks details.

How many feet of pipe?
Awesome video 👍🏻
Glad you enjoyed
Do the Sprinkler heads pop up? Or do they stay up ?
These are pop-ups
