  • Trevor Harris has Tourette syndrome. It's a neurological disorder that causes uncontrollable movements and outbursts called tics. The 12-year-old student is using his tics to teach lessons to his peers and spearhead an anti-bullying campaign. Julianna Goldman reports.

Love seeing kids who deal what I did come out on top. The more he grows to love himself and disregard negative opinions, he will gradually grow out of his tics. So beautiful, go kid, go!!

My child is currently going through tics and sounds, making appointment to see neurologist but he's also being bullied a lot this year since starting junior high. Since multiple schools come together to create the students enrolled there.

      How's your child doing now?

@@Electrostatic_Fusion he's doing better, he was diagnosed with tourettes syndrome. Medicine has been helping some but I also think knowing why he does it helps him accept it more. He still had some issues with bullies at times, but he's started ignoring them or standing up for himself.
