Here is very quick and simple basundi recipe with easily available ingredients.
Its such easy that anyone can prepare it within 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
१ १/२ बड़ा चम्मच घी
३-४ बड़े चम्मच दूध
१/२ कप से ज्यादा ( ६-७ बड़े चम्मच मिल्क पाउडर)
२ से २ १/२ कप दूध
केसर ( optional)
१ से १/२ बड़े चम्मच चीनी
ड्राई फ्रूट्स ( काजू, बादाम, पिश्ता)
इलायची पाउडर

Ghee dalne ke baad half se jayada dudh garam kar dena chahiye usme ubal aa jaye phir Milk powder ko thode se dudh me pehle Mila Dena chahiye aur baad me dudh me daal dena chahiye se milk powder wala dudh usme daal de isse lumbs nahi hoge..
