The issue is, this is the type of person most likely to seek the badge, and the institution tends to actively incentivize this behavior.
Bullies that want power over other people love becoming law enforcement.
There was a study that found that around 40% of cops have been caught domestically abused their spouses, and partners (and who knows how.many more don't get caught) and that one of the most picked jobs other than ceo by psychopaths was police officer. Not to mention the creepily high percentage that have ties to the k.k.k and use their position specifically to discriminate against black people.

Well we need the entire story. Based off this clip she is abusing her power, but who knows what he did prior to this. Maybe he’s innocent, maybe he’s a deserving instigator. Notice how she says, “you was big and bad”, which indicates something transpired that led to this. Remember, as seen many times in the past, there is probably a reason the video was edited to show just the behavior of the cop.

Not saying the officer's right or wrong, I'm just saying that we don't know what led up to the events in this video. Hand cuffing a person behind their back reduces the threat, but it doesn't eliminate it. You can google dozens of videos of suspects still fighting back, and even taking officers guns, all with their hands cuffed behind their back. We don't know the context of this video here, so we should not rush to judgment.
