    INGREDIENTS

    1 ½ tablespoons (11g) unsweetened Dutch process or natural cocoa powder
    6 large egg yolks at room temperature
    1 teaspoon (5mL) vanilla extract
    6 large egg whites at room temperature
    ½ teaspoon (1g) cream of tartar
    ⅓ cup (65g) granulated erythritol
    1 cup (240mL) heavy whipping cream
    ⅓ cup (65g) powdered erythritol
    4-6 pieces of strawberries
    Bake at 315°F (157°C) for 25-30 minutes.
    Let the cake cool before adding the filling.
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

    Hello, why in some recipes you use erythritol and in some allulose? I don’t like erythritol icy aftertaste, will the recipe still work if i change it to allulose ? Thank you
