FYI., "Seasoning-Cast-Iron" Ok the new BBQ (from-China) needed seasoning and came with instructions, Le Creuset Signature Series Wok and other cast-iron suppliers please note, "Clean-Everything, Oil the surfaces to be seasoned and turn to high for 30+minutes. I oiled and inverted my Le Creuset Signature Series Wok and put it into the BBQ at the same time, Brilliant results, saves heating the house, and or making a mess in the oven. Zero effort and a great easy result..Thanks for reading this guff. :)
