People come in all shapes and sizes, quite literally. From the voluptuous to the lean, there exists a subset of people who defy the norm, and not necessarily for the best of reasons. Against the trend, some remain remarkably slender, much like a kite caught in the gentlest of breezes. Don’t get the wrong idea, body shaming is wrong and we condemn it. Instead, we’ll take an educational dive into the lives of the 20 thinnest people in the world!

Ioana (sorry not sure how to spell her name) may have fast metabolic rate but she def looks like she uses corsets or binding.. and for many years to cinch that small in her waist.
She is healthier looking than some others.
