Darche has had problems with these .the front section on them sags terribly .the poles require a spike at the bottom .do you know if darche has addressed these problems ?

It's not an issue I am aware of sorry, that being said I'm sure they would take any issues like this into account for future versions of any product they make. ~ Ben

I understand they make walls but do they plan on making screen additions?

Not sure about this one sorry, Kings Girl, if they have these in their manufacturing pipeline then it isn't something we are currently aware of. ~ Ben

worst awning ever, leaks like a sieve, catches water while driving and goes moldy in QLD because the bag cant keep the awning in it dry, my previous $100 Kings awning never had this problem, and nice work on editing the pack away video, as it is never that simple for one person, the bottom left arm always sags low making it near impossible to actually zip the bag up, two people makes it alot easier but when your a solo camper its a real pain in the backside, the two loose poles are upside down waters runs down the top halve and into the bottom, meaning dirt and sand gets in it and grinds away, they should be up the other way like the two fixed poles, for the price of this awning these problems shouldn't exist

Your experience sounds unique, Rhys. We sell loads of this style of awning from Darche and 23Zero, most people use them without hitches so I'm wondering if there may be a problem with yours that would be worth having looked at.
You do need to make sure you fold the fabric neatly and get a tight roll in order to pack it away, and yes, the zip can be a little tight if you don't get it perfect, but I wouldn't have called it impossible.
As for editing, the last thing we want to do is give a false representation of how things are setup or packed away, that doesn't benefit us or our customers. I call a spade a spade in our product videos, if something doesn't work as described by the manufacturer I'll call it out or see if there is a workaround.

@@SnowysOutdoors To be honest, it looks like there's some video missing halfway through zipping up the bag. I've only tried folding ours up a few times so far, but even with 2 people struggled to do the zip up.
