For the driveway thieves...I would, when you can afford it, split the driveway and fence it--on YOUR side of the property line, of course. Sharing ANYTHING with the neighbors, especially a driveway, NEVER seems to work out. Sooner or later, you will wind up with a crappy neighbor who can't seem to understand that sharing a driveway doesn't mean they own your yard. Good luck!
Even if each house had its own separate driveway entirely on its own property, chances are the crappy neighbors would still feel entitled to permit their unruly children to run rampant on someone/anyone else's property.
Driveway Story: OP was stupid! They should have been calling the Police each and every time the neighbours block the Driveway, Trespass and/or Litter...
Screw being neighbourly or nice! These people have shown they have no respect for OP, common decency or the Law (it's illegal to block access to a shared driveway)...
Sic the Police on them EVERY time they cross the line and call a Lawyer to send a Cease & Desist notice and if/when that doesn't work, Sue for Harassment and Interfering with the Enjoyment of our Home...Then get a Restraining Order (No Contact, Stay Off My Property, Stop throwing trash into my yard & STOP BLOCKING THE DRIVEWAY!!!

Early-ish in the post, OP mentioned having contacted the landlord. OP could go after the landlord as well for not controlling the behavior of the tenants. I am assuming that they can have any control over what tenants do while renting/occupying the property. Of course, that would be for a lawyer to determine. But, if a lawyer would be involved with filing for a restraining order, that would be an opportunity to ask.
Food thief(s) story: I have no sympathy for food thieves. If they truly need help getting food, they can ask, not steal.
Dogs and cats story: You've absolutely got to teach kids how to properly interact with pets and other animals. Even the most chill house cats and dogs will eventually react to being mistreated in a way that could cause you to wind up in an ER. What feral animals can do, you don't want to contemplate.
Driveway/trespassing story: OP, it's long past time to call the police and get this all on the record. Once you have, contact their landlord with the police reports and cause problems for him. He'll either straighten them out or at least not renew their lease when it comes due. Either way, problem solved.

She doesn't care. 🙄Animals are just playthings for humans, obviously, so her baaabies should be allowed to play with anyone's pet however they please! OP is just a big meanie for not letting her perfect angels to do whatever they want! Seriously, though, it's also a good way to get bitten or scratched earlier in life, and I would have way more sympathy for the animal than I would for the kid. Cousin is just another entitled, permissive parent who's raising some more little terrors to release into the dating pool one day. My hope for the future of humanity dwindles with every story of entitlement I listen to, and boy howdy, there's a lot of them. 🤦🏻♀️

I begin a lawyer and having these people serve next to you with a harassment order. After having all the activity documented and have a private investigator maybe look into their life They might be doing something shady too as well as getting statements from the neighbors. Maybe even a lawsuit of a defamation if it's that bad.
The cars in the last story should have been towed when they were blocking the driveway a second time. The police should have been called after nothing changed the second time they talked to the neighbors. Also, when nothing stopped with the kids being in their yard, the police should have been called then a lawyer consulted to get a restraining order.
Op waited too long to iinvolve anyone.
the driveway problem? instead of a fence, put up a hedge of rose bushes or raspberry shrubs. worked for me. no kids riding bikes over my lawn.

As someone whose had a parent not understand why I didn't want their kid harassing my pets- grabbing their ear and dragging them around by it is not only a good stress reliever but also illustrates why your animals aren't okay with it.
Last story: 1st time . . . a warning. 2nd time . . .TOWED.
As to the first story the food thief learned a painfull lesson. As to the second story the cousin should have been told to leave. As to the last story after the first time they littered on the property op should have called the police showed the police the footage and ask them to give a warning and the second time sign a complaint. When possible fence the driveway on their side and if blocked again file a complaint. After a few fines they might get the hint.
I would NEVER buy a house with a shared driveway!! BTW... Why is HOA mentioned in the headline? OH, this is RedWheel; they always do that!

I’m a little confused, is OP upset about the kids walking in her front yard, and I don’t understand how the driveway works. Are the neighbors blocking her from entering her own driveway? Or is it a shared driveway? I just didn’t understand the logistics of the situation.

Ok so that second story: it sounds like op was over the top in her reaction. I'm not condoning the actions of the children but being an adult, she does need to learn to go to the parent and let them know there's a problem to be addressed rather than just outright yelling at them from the start. Feels like op is a Karen too.

Hey restraining order with a radius is the best. It will force them to move. Problem solved
