    Been using epw115 for 15 years as a mobile tech. It's a time saver

    That looks like a really good product, I have heard of waterborne primer but I've never used it, I'm surprised that you good folks don't use UV primer as it dries in seconds with a UV light with zero shrinkage and sands really nice I also use UV putty which again cures in about 15seconds then you can block and sand it👍John UK.

      I used UV primer for a few years in a different line but it does dry faster than anything I’ve ever seen…2 coats hit it with a UV light or the sun and your sanding in 2-3 minutes. Gonna be demoing the PPG UV primer very soon!!

    Yup the blow dryer works wonders for epw115 ,never thought on using a smaller 1.0 tip

    Good morning, you recently posted a video with some really good looking welding on a section of rocker panel. I have somehow lost this video. Would it be possible for you to repost this video if possible. You used a pro-spot wire welder. Thank you.

    Have been doing the hair dryer trick but a ppg rep told me I couldn't ☹️... I never had a problem blow drying it though ...

      It saves so much time and you can block and re prime if body work is not good

      Maybe because the designated dryers have filters on the back, to filter out the air being blown to the wet panel . Just a guess and an assumption .

      Water drys from heat and air .I done hundreds of cars never a problem. Do what works 💪 just don't use a heat gun.

    Dont you need adhesion promoter on raw plastic

    • @brianthomas4532
      @brianthomas4532 Год назад +2

      For bare plastics, an appropriate PPG plastic adhesion promoter must be
      applied prior to the application of EPW115.

    • @brianthomas4532
      @brianthomas4532 Год назад

      And it can be applied over bare metal
