This hair colour doesn't seem to be in the game anymore, selecting the one in this now gives you almost platinum blonde

I just looked on my game, yeah it looks a lot more blonde now it must've been changed in an update or something.Closest I can find to in video, is 3 across and 1 up from the bottom in-between the blue and green.
Maybe cover art V is how he canonically looks.

Yea definitely agreed making both male and female e3 iterations just feels right

I was just about to recreate this character for another playthrough, it is really almost the exact same as the streetkid preset.
I‘ll throw away my 2 hours new playthrough just to get him like that

This hair colour has changed since this video was uploaded I reccomend using something else.

I'm not sure if your on pc it might be your settings I did it on ps5.
