Spent 4 years training at prime. Made sure all my guys where solid when they left me. The issue is prime dont give a fuck if guys learn what they need to learn just worried about you hitting miles. Had a few guys come to me from other trainers with only 3k miles left and never got to back a truck, alot more vetting needs to go on with trainers. Issue is people that dont wanna train there got to there to make money.
Imma give you the game homie, get into tanker work, car hauling or Moving. You will be taking home over 2k easy and run nowhere near 3k miles. Work smarter not harder.
That’s the problem in trucking. Y’all keep telling people to go this and that place but people will always have something negative to say just about any company.
Even if you work for yourself there’s still something you have to cry about.
Find what works for you and stay at that company. Trucking is full of bullshit and it’s matter of dealing with it or getting out completely.

Getting a CDL through a company is foolish. Workforce program will pay you to get your license. 😂😂😂
Then you will still have to get with a trainer most likely if you go to another company, doesn't really matter

They don’t be having a high school diploma or GED for Workforce
@flytip27 Most of the time, they will work with you if you don't have it. They may require you to take a few classes.
@@flytip27most will make you take a TABE test of you don't have a ged or diploma. I'm in Cols, OH. Or workforce programs require a hs diploma.

I walk about 4 miles at the truck stop. Lift weights in the truck, squats, and push ups.
You can buy adjustable dumbbells and a foldable weight bench. And a resistance band. For cardio, get a dog.
