Why does everyone think that adding the audience back to this setup changes the humor and crew interaction? It can easily be exactly the same, but with amplified laughter.
You gotta make this segment longer. I love the interaction among them. It feels like they’re hanging out in my living room, Saturday night, eating pizza and making fun of each other. I missed the intro music for the news.
I truly do believe they deserve an Emmy for the improv extravaganza that this show has turned into. Reminds me a little bit of the British panel shows Corden used to be on, but with an American twist. Since "Would I Lie To You" won a BAFTA, this should at least be nominated for an Emmy.
Why does everyone think that adding the audience back to this setup changes the humor and crew interaction? It can easily be exactly the same, but with amplified laughter.
You can see how comfortable they are now throughout this whole banter that they can all laugh at dark jokes without getting twitchy. James is literally taking no prisoners now. And boy, Rob Crabbe throwing in banters are always the best. Lol

I know everyone is saying it. But I have never enjoyed this show more. I look forward to this everyday. I am not sure I will watch everyday when the audience is back. It is just more relaxed and sooo funny.
I think this show is golden without an audience. It's hilarious and more relatable. The conversational flow really makes it stand out amongst the other late night shows and I love it. 👍

We’re 50 now”, as if to remind all of my body, including closeup vision to permanently blur, bones to randomly lock, time in jogging miles to instantly decrease, back to injure from a simple random, common twist. In other words, no matter how young we still THINK we are, the body/bones know the truth! Adjustments WILL be made whether or not we want to adjust.

So true!!!

i like how he noticed the lacrosse guy didnt want to say his age and james immediately dropped it. this show is mad chill
