We have a saying in Arabic "يا غريب كن أديب" which means “oh stranger, be polite”. So basically don’t judge a whole country based on one street, and if you’re that upset just leave. 👍🏼

If you dare drive the roads lol. I've been living here 5 years and fear driving. Citybus has a schedule on line. So does google maps. The taxis are not that expensive. If you can find a wanit (pickup trucks that are taxi services) it's even cheaper. I see you went to the mall in Sharq in the neighborhood you were staying. Check out the souks nearby especially where you got off the bus in Maliya. Also check out Avenues mall -- they have buses going there too.

Every country has streets or places that need reconstruction. I live in the USA and we have luxurious communities and underserved communities. Anyway, I do not care how Kuwait looks. The people are nice and it’s safe! I choose that over any “luxurious lifestyle”. The West has far more problems than a few messed-up roads🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Places i would recommend:
    .The avenues mall
    .Kuwait towers
    .The scientific center
Marina hotel or the four seasons for a fantastic hotel

But compared to other cities in the region and Kuwait's neighbors, Kuwait has low infrastructure
Dubai has a metro, Doha has a metro and Riyadh will be opened in a few months, but despite the heavy traffic, Kuwait has not yet thought of building a metro.
The asphalt conditions of its streets are also very bad

Hi gabri, i think the video which you made ,shows the reality, i was in kuwait 3 times in the last 10 months,Kuwait ranks second after Qatar among GCC countries in terms of money and wealth,I've been all over this beautiful city,There are really great parts of the city or mall centers or streets that look really great and there are streets or residential areas or other things that are brutally neglected, but you were in the holy month of ramazan, during that time i could have recommended kuwait or other countries on the gulf to you.The city of Kuwait presented a project development plan (2018-2040)but there are just obstacles, but i'm sure this problem will be solved, after that there will be no such criticism from tourists.
