I think backyard could be a place for exercise since open air would be nice. And the room connected to bedroom and kitchen could be a cozy nook for reading/chilling with maybe a jhula or a hanging chair, maybe a bean bag, shelves on one wall with books, some indoor plants, fairy lights, and other decor items 😁

About the area behind kitchen :
make that area a cozy corner : enjoy coffee,breakfast,book,few indoor plants...paint it with some of ur fav color ...geometric theme or universe theme! It could be ur thinkpot area..since u r content creator you need a place like that....
If not this then a BATHTUB will do wonder there with wooden separator for ur weekend chill n relax at home considering u live alone n need to distress urself. Gym at backyard is best with huge inflow of pure oxygen n nature. Walkin closet : u have huge cupboard for that...else make the store area the closet area.
Tanya hit jackpot. Also, you should make the space behind the kitchen a walk-in closet.
I don't think that is a good idea because of the smell from food and spices.

I think this house has a more homely feel than the Previous one 😀. After setting up properly, it will definitely look amazing. Great spaces all around 👍

You can also make barbecue in your backyard , like everyone can cook together , eat , play games and enjoy at the same time!!! With fairy lights too in the back that will definitely give good vibes 😅

Okay this is SO spacious!!!! I feel the backyard is so multi functional- you could use it for workouts or even shoot.
This house realises that everything happen for a good.... Keep updating us with your decorations and full set up of a house.

You can make some coffee bar things in the garden area or a grill .Also,the house is very pretty.And the extra space which you have in your kitchen you can convert it into a closet.And for gym while doing exercise you could set it up where the washing machine area is there in the balcony like you can make a gym nook in the outdoors and like while exercising you can breathe natural air n stuff!!!!

My fav is your backyard space. You can transform it to a tropical garden... With loads of shade loving huge leaf plants with vibrant colors rather than growing seasonal flowers which needs lot of care n r vulnerable... Looking forward to see it transform.. All the best

Personally I really like this new house of your more than the previous one. Also there is so much of space! Just seeing is making me happy. Please don't change too much in your kitchen, it's lovely. Sorry but I really liked it.

I feel you should make that room into a workout room rather than making it into a walk in closet.. Because of the window there, it'll feel really fresh to be working out there and also, you already have those wardrobes in your bedroom.. 😀

lovely home Tanya. You can purpose your lovely backyard in multiple ways. if you are a early bird...may be u can use the backyard for working out /yoga. While the extra space ahead of kitchen can be a wonderful space for laundry area and miscellaneous storage. you may try your hands with growing veggies like tomato, cherry tomato,palak, capsicum, mint, coriander, kadi leaf tree...which i m sure u would like. keep making the lovely videos.

Such a nice house. I liked the living room area of your previous ghar better though. The small area besides the kitchen you can use it for keeping your laundry and maybe an ironing area or even maybe for keeping your gardening equipments

Beautiful house. Meri baat sach hua na. Mai boli thee bahut acha ghar milega. Ek baat batana hai beta ground floor hai backyard ka entrance ka door humesha bandh rakhna even if you are there or not kynoki bahut saare plants hai isliye snake vgyra aaneka darr rehta hai. Be safe take care. ❤

I think walking closet would be more fun! Also there is very large window in front of the walk in that space to give away natural lights. As a content creator you have so much space as a studio even apart from studio room! Yay! ❤️

Beautiful house with so much potential to turn it around as per your aesthetics. I think the room after kitchen should be treated as a sunroom/gym combination. Few gym equipments on one side with a lounging corner(or a breakfast/reading nook) on the other side. For days when it gets too hot to sit outside in your backyard(which by the way is a dream backyard with so much greenery), you would still be able to enjoy the lovely backyard views while staying cool inside. Enjoy your new house and have fun making it your home :)
Suggestion: Convert that space into a walk in closet .
I have been to this house once when we were hunting for a house in Gurgaon. That time some wood work was happening. Great place! 😀

Lovely house!!! ❤️ Much better than the previous one. Definitely looking forward to the kitchen makeover..you can repaint the shutters and cover the tiles with contact paper. There's too much going on in there right now. Definitely repaint the blue wall, or use a wallpaper.. textured wallpaper would look great too. The extra space behind the kitchen could be your walk in closet. So excited for the new house! ❤️

The interconnected corners is my fav, The whole feel of the house is greatt. Since you are into fitness I would suggest you to convert that area into a gym as you already have ample space for clothes.
This place has so much too say😍 I hope you will fillup the space mindfully and cautiously. That part of the house is not okay for gym because it is small plus there is no fresh air. You can find some even better space for that purpose. And best of luck for this new journey 😄

I think you can make gym in the backyard and the space at the back of kitchen as walk in closet. In this way when you workout, you can have fresh air and greenry to look at. Which is very motivating. You can make workout videos as well at the backyard 💕💕💕💕

Hey, u have that jamun tree too in your backyard. Loved the house, waiting for transformation. 2 suggessions here. Regarding the empty space between backyard & kitchen, it's best for walking closet. Because I found best gym place in your house, that's the part of drawing room behind the bar table where all the rooms open, u can also put your tv there. And for main drawing room area, u can put more indoor plants, and make a full wall just for books (wall long library kind of thing). Nevertheless, if u come up with other ideas, definitely interested & eagerly waiting for it.❤️

2. The house looks really great since last time 🥳 but alott has to be done...which will be 💸💸
3. You can create the backroom as dressing area for makeup n styling..n have a big mirror with lights sort of.
4. Gym/Yoga area can be set up in the backyard near plants.. trust me it'll be great..😋
5. Also, another thing..do have a small mandir in your house or atleast light up dhoop/incense sticks/oil lamps once a day for freshness 😊

The area next to the kitchen can be a meditation or hangout space with some hanging plants and cosy cushions.

⭕For space behind kitchen - if u r bath-tub type person...and then u can convert the space into samll bath-tub area which is also connected to ur bed room and from where u can enjoy the ur backyard greenery from existing window.
