The Jam Sessions one was actually solved. The voice is saying "tsugi-ikimasu" which means something like "on to the next one", like next song or chord and it made it into the game by mistake. Just a little error while recording the songs I guess..

About the half life 2 sound, it was actually proven as a hoax. The "Russian" astronaut apparently has an Italian accent.

@@tavishf.degroot8181 It's not a joke or conspiracy or anything. People used to peddle that audio clip around until russian people online started coming out and pointing out that the russian being spoken is not a native speaker and almost certainly an italian accent.

@@issholland There was a guy who knew his reentry vehicle wasn't designed properly, so he ordered his funeral to be open-casket so everyone there could see what the Soviet government did to him. He _did_ end up burning up and his charred remains were later extracted from the craft and displayed in his coffin for all to see. What a madlad.
Also the mysterious 'first woman in space' is sort of an urban legend/conspiracy theory at this point. Some people think the audio is real, some don't.

I could be wrong, but the screams in Call of Duty World at War were used in the Zombies map Verruckt as an Easter Egg, Verruckt is based on the map Asylum
Dang, was just about to comment this. As an Avid Zombies player it hurts to see him think it's in Asylum not in Vurrukt. *I don't know if it's in WaW Vurrukt, but I do know 100% it's in Bo3 Vurrukt and Revelations.*
Shadow Freeze there are voices in waw verruckt. When you spawn in, turn around and go into the furnace to the left, there you will hear the voice of a woman. Also if you hold square on the wheel on the surgical chair upstairs, you will hear the sound of a circular saw, followed by the screams of a man

In TF2, there is an item used by the Spy called the Red-Tape Recorder, when used and placed on a sentry the item makes a sound, if that sound was slowed down by 80%, you would hear a voice saying "LET'S MAKE SOME NOISE"

What about Splatoon's hidden audio? It plays after defeating the final boss and waiting for a few minutes, and sounds like metal collapsing and screaming, and the games audio director has no idea how it got there.
Its the scary side of the old octoling vs. squid war you read when you collected every scroll.

There are a few more scrapped Trans# sound files in Halflife 2 just search up Half-life 2 beta sounds and watch the first video. They were going to be used as a sound effect for the Combine torchering Rebels and turning them into Combine soldiers. The sounds were probably scrapped because of how disturbing they were.

Actually, that transmission being in the Half-Life 2 beta makes a little sense. Half-Life 2 takes place in Eastern Europe, most likely Ukraine, Bulgaria or Russia due to the Cyrillic graffiti and signage everywhere. The combine monitor transmissions where they can and have control over all of Earth's governments. Going under the assumption that the audio is real, the Combine probably did have access to it. I can easily imagine an early level in development that showed the Combine combing through different transmissions and audio files in the Citadel and that being a sound that they can be heard listening to. I feel that it's in-line with a lot of things in the Half-Life universe.

1. Connect Nintendo Switch to Internet.
2. Download RUclips.
3. Start RUclips.
4. Start a video longer than 1 minute.
5. Play back the video all the way till the beginning using the analog stick and hold it there.
6. A doggo should start walking on the play back line. (I don't know the term for that)

Awesome as always. :) One other thing to note is the backwards messages in Mortal Kombat Deception. Some characters in Konquest Mode speak in reverse. There are subtitles on the screen to allow the player to understand what they're saying, however, if you were to record their dialogue and play it backwards, they're actually saying something different to the subtitles. e.g. ruclips.net/video/GSNEuflQpvY/видео.html
Some of these easter eggs are hints for the game, facts about the Mortal Kombat universe, or simply jokes. However, one just says "Ed Boon 490. Ed Boon 490. Ed Boon 490". Another piece of hidden audio can be found in The Simpsons Hit and Run. On Level 8, if you go out of bounds to a certain spot, different music begins to play: ruclips.net/video/MsDSi930QNQ/видео.html
This spot in out of bounds is actually where the Stone Cutters Tunnel should be. (Level 7 is just a remake of Level 1, but with a Halloween theme. However, only half the level was redone in Halloween form in time for the game's release.) This means that the other half of Level 1 was intended to appear in Level 8 also - they even produced the music for certain bits of the stage.

That Half-Life / L4D scream wasn't an easter egg, I don't think. I remember that scream always being in the On A Rail chapter and then when L4D first came out I was pleasantly surprised to hear them reuse it.

yeah, when you kill the bullsquid at that part and pick up the ammo from the dead hecu marine, it doesnt always pop up but the sound can sometimes pop up, but it does the same thing the entire chapter

Yeah the Half life 1 sound is the Tenticle in agony. I'm guessing but you hear something similar in BLAST PIT which is before POWER UP and ON THE RAIL.

In splatoon when you beat a boss battle theres a thing you have to collect once you beat the boss similarly to a grand star in mario but if you don't grab it and wait long enough you can and will hear horrifying tourchered screams. No one knows why it's in the game but its there

In DOOM 2016, the vending machines you can find (such as the one near where you first get the chainsaw, if I remember correctly) emit creepy sounds. I am pretty sure that it is dialogue reversed and slightly altered, can you check it out?

About the jam sessions one... I read that it was the voice of the person playing the guitar during the record session and the pickup of the guitar actually picked up his voice. He was indeed saying Something in Japanese

Oddheader would be cool if youd do a documentary/analyses type vid on the HL2 beta, the amount of beta lore goes to 1999-2004 and contains some the most disturbing discoveries in a non-horror game.

Julie D. In the beta its even worse. Originally the combine striped so much resources that most of earth became a wasteland, cities are so polluted from combine factories that citizens require gasmasks just to survive and children became basically slaves to combine industry.

That first World at War one sounds like its a reference to Call of Duty Nazi Zombies. It sounds like the voice of Samantha (Dr Maxis’ Daughter who controls the zombies). Also in Zombies there are a ton of easter eggs like this.
After listening to it a few more times I’ve found that it actually sounds like Samatha’s voice played in reverse.

In skyrim there is a sound effect that plays at one end of the bridge out of Riverwood.
In the World of Warcraft if you boost your Ambience all the way up you can hear clips from WC3 in the throne room.
Also in Wow there is a raid with a spooky easter egg. The raid Nax is made of 5 wings with a main boss of each. The main boss of the construct wing is a Frankenstein monster named Thaddius. While he is alive there is a chance for a woman's wailing to be hear in the ambient noise. I guess the implication that he is made out of the stitched together women who are still suffering while he is animated.
The Jam Session one sounds like "Thank you" to me. I reckon it's from a recording session. They recorded the sound of the A6 string and whoever was sampling it thanked the guitarist, they just forgot to cut out the "thank you" in post.

The cuphead one actually does not play for pirated copies, the lead developer said no anti piracy screens/precautions were added into cuphead. However, this audio can be found in the files of cuphead. The audio is real, but its not used at all in cuphead, pirated or not.
5 and 4 years ago everyone was saying everything just to scare people like if you pirated the game it would play this music and as soon as you get to the first die house it would be empty with a ticking sound that would get faster and faster until you get jumpscared by king dice

A few of my favourites came from halo 3. Mission 2 you can find 2 marines arguing about a password for a door, totally pointless but a funny little Easter egg. Or mission 7 after you fight off the final 2 scarabs, climb up the left side of the control tower exterior as far as you can go and a mysterious piano song plays... Many more I found in that game but those are the most memorable

How Legend of Mana's hard mode is selected.
Once you beat the Mana Goddess, a book called Forbidden Tome appears in your library. When you select it, all music gets replaced with a very low wail and the screen goes dark. It then asks you whether you want to live in peace, and if you want your life to become a nightmare.
That shit scared the hell out of me when I was a young lad. I didn't understand why a random book was asking me those things. Especially since nothing indicates the tome unlocks at all, so I found it by pure chance while browsing the books, the library being otherwise inconsequential to anything game-related.

The Tumbleweed NPCS are actually the people you fight when you enter the town through the main street, and activate the Gang Hideout fight.
If you go through the back, near the mansion, it doesn't activate, so the NPCs in that room aren't able to get out (the door only opens once you get close to the mansion while doing the Hideout mission), and the ones who aren't in the room are, I think, turned invisible, which is why you can sometimes hear Marston say things like "Pardon me" and "Sorry, partner."
You could hear a girl crying as well as a baby in the Nazi Zombies map Verrückt right by the body storage crates

Great vid. Another game with a out of place sound clip is the GameCube Port of THUG2. On the 2 player mode in New Orleans, turn off the radio audio and skate around. Eventually a random zombie scream pop up out of nowhere. I first discovered this while playing with my brother late at night when I was 10. It was so unsettling and terrorizing that we thought we triggered a Zombie to spawn in from the Graveyard to come attack us so we immediately quit the game. A little sad if was only the sound. How scary would that be if a Zombie would spawn in and begin skating after the 2 players. Excellent troll Neversoft🤙

I remember there being a cabin somewhere in World of Warcraft that had a bunch of creepy kids sitting in a circle. When you went into the cabin, creepy music played. The creepiest part about it is that the music is unique to that cabin and didn't appear anywhere else in the game.

Honestly the weirdest thing I've discovered in a game. Apex Legends- Upon loading into character select, twice I have heard coughing. Now the game does have in-game voice chat, so players can communicate with their teammates. But strangely enough, when I messaged both teammates on both encounters, neither had any recalls of coughing.
Another way to prove it, first time I hear coughing in both ears, second time it only came out the right. Message for clips - DualityWolfie

I'm probably late to the party but it's worth mentioning that concept art and other stuff from the beta show that Half Life 2 was originally going to be much more dark and eerie, so a soundfile like that would probably fit in an unnerving atmosphere. There are a few spooky soundfiles that are in the main game that sound different backwards, most famously the zombie noises where you can hear intelligible words like "OH GOD OH GOD HELP MY EYES BURN" etc.
What about DOOM one? where the Audio files showed pentagrams and 666 /.?

Odd head I found a hidden audio of a little girl in black ops 3 zombies in shadows of evil map, u shouldnt open the first gate for this , u have to be the beast and u have to try to get to the behind gate which is blocked u can do so by jumping from the truck near it and then unlock the gate by zapping that thingy, then go from the back gate and jump thru the open window of the building, then a creepy girl will start speaking and laughing making the zombies even stronger , it will only last untill u have opened the front gate, hopefully u will read this

6:16 half life 2 beta was supposed to be dark and a bit edgy, i think these scary things were supposed to be used in nova prospekt or the citadel or some other combine-based area either as some weird alien language or some radio message idk at all really

5:29 those sounds can actually be found in another part of the game, in the Xen chapter "interloper" deep within the Xen mines you have an area that is not important to the progression of the level but has a few goodies, you have to scale thin walkways up to a cashe. The room also has distinct red lights and the said sound is a lot louder.
