Very helpful, even 7 years later with a newer version, the only issue I had was I was looking at the main toolbar for the tool and not on the attribute table.
Hi, I've a question : if I 'd like to select more than one field value, I'm using the field name and the "+" , but although the expresion seems right ( no invalid expression sign), there's no selection in my table... what could I do ? should I try wrtting a script ?
Hard to say without seeing the exact expression but if you're combining conditions you should be using AND, not +. I'd recommend GIS StackExchange (gis.stackexchange.com/) for specific questions as youtube comments aren't the best place to debug things like this.
What I would like to do is display the unique ID for each entity. For example an area and it's unique ID displayed in the middle. An example of this would be to have say state boundaries with the state name displayed then to export it. Could you do a quick video doing that please? I have Ver 2.8
+Nick Heidl I'm not going to be able to make a video of this any time soon, but under the layer's properties there is a Labels tab that should get you going.

Whats the method to calculate the total length of a particular order? For example I have 10 3rd order streams how do I get their total lengths?
Can you help in joining the features in attribute into one row and a click selecting the whole path? Its just too tough
very well explained and slowly, thanks; great if you'd do/did more videos
Thanks, I'm open to requests for specific topics but generally I'm creating these for courses I teach.
Thanks for this basic...
