    I wonder those who unliked this very informative video. Anyhoo, that shows how there's so much hate in the world we live in. The icecream scoop is the way to go. Tech 1,2,3 is what our grandmothers used and people still use them today which works for them. Thank God for technology!

    • @wordsbymaribeja1470
      @wordsbymaribeja1470 4 года назад +1

      Techniques 1,2, and 3 are technology. Using an alien instrument such as the ice cream scoop isn't advanced, and doesn't require the skill that using the hands you were blessed with does.

    • @lem1874
      @lem1874 4 года назад

      @@wordsbymaribeja1470 Oh yes you're right !!! I actually tried all techniques except the one with the icing bag and the hand method came out to be the best. The only downside to me was the sticky hands. Or may be I wasn't doing something right.😆

    I've been saying this before, but people were arguing with me. Thank you for confirming the fact that it's possible to use a spoon, instead of raw fingers to scoop the puff puff for frying. Paid heavily for bakery classes, but my teacher didn't even know about the spoon idea. Why draw a circle with your raw fingers, when you have a protractor? Many teachers like to hide things from their apprentices in Nigeria. This is what I passed through while learning keke napep. Discovered the friction zone, thottle control & many other things on my own

      Sewa Nuga yes the ingredients stay the same expect flour. There's also fufu mix which usually contains cassava and plantain flour. This is sweeter which is ideal for plantain mosa/sweet snacks.Cassava is low in carbs and a good substitute for flour.
