Charge off: How to get one removed from your credit reports by looking for factual errors

If you want a charge off to come off of your credit report, study your credit report and look for any inaccuracies.
Include the inaccuracies in your dispute letter to the credit bureau (and furnisher).
You have the right to a 100% accurate credit report, and if there's anything inaccurate, they need to investigate and fix the errors.
If they don't, it's possible that you can sue them under the FCRA.
