You're one of the few small hand reviewers so its great to get your perspective. Its sad that big brands have given up on small symm shape and small brands have struggled to come up with a solid magnesium one. Tachi was going to be a thing but maybe in Sept we get something good from Pulsar.
Thank you so much :) Yes I am excited for Pulsars release of their new X3 Line and the Magnesium Size 1.5 mouse in September which looks to be an ergo!
I have similar sized hands to you (17.5 x 10cm). Would you recommend the Viper V3 Pro or this mouse? I have this mouse and it feels like it might be too small even for me. I wondering what might be more comfortable out of the two and if the Viper might be too big for me. I know this is ergonomic and the Viper symetrical, but I'm not sure how much difference that will make, ultimately.
I feel that it's more of a statement to show that new launches from the Viper V3 Pro onwards, Razer mice should be known for both performance and great quality. This also develops trust in time for the DeathAdder V4 Pro and maybe a new Basilisk :)
That depends on which Stormbreaker! The BLG edition is the latest with all latest updates to the structure. If the colour does not suit you, I would go for the DAV3HS. DAV3HS is more fitting for an everyday mouse and the Stormbreaker comes off as something very special :)
Serious question, the left side doesn't look like it tapers as much inside. Is it just the look or is it really less tapered? The right side bump, is it sticking out like the Dav3 just smaller since the mouse is smaller?
My hand size is similar with you. I recently use the xlite v3 mini and it seems a bit small to me.. The mouse before v3 mini was the ogm pro and ogm pro was big for me to palm grip.. V3 hyperspeed has similar size with ogm pro so would buying the v3 hyperspeed be considerable? I want the perfect palm grip!!! Plz help me~
Hello! Sorry for the late reply, I've been very busy with shooting and writing haha. I feel the Xlite V3 mini is a little on the small side for me too. The Medium Size 2 is what I like for a palm grip but 1.5 would be closer to perfect for me because I like to use both palm and relaxed claw. The V3 HyperSpeed feels like what a size 1.5 would be and is a very nice fit.
@@권기범-k5y DAV3HS feels good for palm but just the side flare in the design might bother some people. If you feel that it will not be an issue then yes it’s very nice for palm :)
I would go based on shape and personal preference. I'm not a big fan of using AA batteries in my mouse so the DA is more appealing. Performance wise they are both great! Sensor position of the Viper V3 HyperSpeed isn't something I enjoy too but some people are ok with it :)
Hello! Hmm the both mice feel quite different with the way they feel when it comes to the materials and buttons. DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed feels like a more premium experience and better battery life as well! But the Thorn is ever so slightly lighter weight and cheaper by a few dollars. Thorn has been out for awhile and Chinese Brands have been refreshing their existing product lines recently since the PAW3950 became accessible to them. If you are keen on trying a Lamzu mouse, I would wait for them to release the new Lamzu Para Ergonomic Mouse before you decide between the DeathAdder and Thorn. But if you need a mouse right now, the DeathAdder would be the preferred choice.
While talking about ergo mice. I am currently on the look for one, cause I am having a feeling this form of mice could fit me better as my isometric mice I am currently using. Speaking of the Lamzu Atlantis mini and Logitech G Pro X superlight 1. I find myself more using the G Pro X over the Atlantis not really knowing why. Maybe It's feeling more comfortable to my hand. So as I have a similar hand size to you (17x10cm), do you have a favorite, when it comes to ergo mice as a recommendation for me?
Try looking at the Lamzu Thorn. Its the same size as the Lamzu Atlantis Mini, but in ergo. The grip is a bit different, but very enjoyable. I took a look at both mice on EloShapes and the Thorn and the Atlantis mini are equally as long, but the Thorn is a bit higher. Hope this helped :)
Hey there! I understand where you're coming from! Between the two I like the support of the GPX too. Like @frezix suggested, I would to if you enjoy using Lamzu mice :) Lamzu is releasing their new Ergo in about a month or so. I would suggest to wait to see how that one turns out before you decide! My favourite Ergo has been the Pulsar Xlite V3 eS with a Palm grip. Very interesting mouse but I would hold off that one too because Pulsar is about to release some new models soon. Right now because the DAV3HS fits my hand very nicely, it's an ergo I use the most.
@@wasabitech Thank you for you answer. I got my Hyperspeed yesterday and I am pretty happy whit it so far. Die size and shape fits my hand really good. But I will keep an eye out for those new releases. May I got another one 🙈😅
Big hands I would recommend the DeathAdder V3 Pro (Bundled version) that has the Smooth Touch coating :) It's also the latest version of the Pro so the build quality may have been improved! Getting a size that fits is the most important thing
@@carlosh81998 Faker version has a smooth touch coating but they may have updated the coating with the Bundled Version! Because the time frame between both releases were pretty long and in between they released the Viper V3 HyperSpeed with a smooth touch coating which to me felt different from the Faker Edition 😅
By DeathAdder Mini do you mean this DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed? Because there is a DeathAdder Mini that they released sometime back😅 But between the two they are quite different in shape. I would pick this DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed based on the quality for the price :)
I wouldn't say one is better than the other because that would depend if you enjoy ergo or symmertrical mice! But if you want the latest in tech from Razer, the Viper V3 Pro would be the one to go for :) I find it a little too wide in the hand so I use my Superlight 2 more but thats just me!
I've been using this mouse for a week. My hands are 17x9cm. I can't use palm grip, since the side flares make my pinky and ring finger feel extremely awkward. I can't use claw grip, since the front is so high. The left back hump pushes too hard against my thumb muscle. (Am I just fat or is it huge?) I like using multiple grips. With this mouse I'm forced to use it as a relaxed claw. I'm typing this with extreme strain from my pinky (and ring finger). The shape is not for me, but I think that's personal and maybe the only downside to this mouse! QC seems to be a lot better than the Viper V3 Pro too. Despite the Viper V3 Pro being bigger and not ergonomical, it was a lot more comfortable.
Hello! Unfortunately I can't shoot that comparison video because the one I had was loaned to me by ASUS. Not idea why haha I would have loved do more with it but anyway, The Keris II Ace is a lot closer to the Pulsar Xlite V3 (Which is on sale for 30% off on their website btw). But between the DA and Keris II Ace, I would choose the DA because of the coating.

why is this more premium than the pro version... These releases make no sense from Razer

Honestly the inward curve where your thumb rests, it looks ever so slightly flatter. Everything else looks the same just shrunk down to size.
