Gorgeous! To stop the tail joints from wanting to spin, two parallel holes and an elastic loop down the center would keep them aligned. Gorgeous!
I feel like Aurora is like a Adventurer in this Series.
Like she left her home to find all the Elemental Dragons to fight a great evil or something and everytime u completed a doll she found a new elemntal dragon.
That's why i feel like the Light Dragon is missing.
I thought the same thing a classic D&D type adventure with these guys would be amazing to see in comic form.

As an Indian I'm happy you didn't use random aesthetics for the dragon and were mindful about it. Also ending the series with the most classic European Fire dragon was a fun touch
while i understand the thought process behind terra being the largest you can also imagine that she can “grow” to whatever size she needs to be but chooses to stay small in order to not be so intimidating to the wildlife she lives amongst 🥰

I think we can all appreciate how much WORK goes into these amazing dolls!
I'm using this tail print for a doll I'm working on right now, and what I ended up doing to keep them from spinning around was drill (er, actually melt bc the drill didn't have enough control for my liking) a second hole above the primary stringing hole, then ran another, thinner piece of elastic through that channel. Keeps them all nicely in line without impacting the poseability! You could probably do something similar using magnets or weights in the bottom, but I didn't have any of those and did have a lighter, a doll needle, and some very thin elastic :)
Is fitting that Terra gets to be one of the shortest cuz that way she's more in TOUCH with the ground 🤭

This is probably my favourite dollightful doll of all time, I love her so much
Arguably my favourite doll of the line! I love how bright she looks with the red/orange/yellow gradient contrasting against the black. The tail look amazing and I adore her poofy hair!
Oh! And not sure if anyone suggested it yet, but making the tail segments oval or even somewhat pointy on one end (anything to break the roundness really) might keep them from twisting/turning around on each other.

Hey I have a quick tip! When painting on fabric, you should try to use paint mixed with fabric softener. I always love painting on my shirts but really hate having to beat my brushes so I would highly recommend :D!

I feel like Phoenix is the edgy older sister of the group. She probably dotes on the younger dragons but is far to cool to admit it. Terra is definitely the tough love but super caring mom friend, Nyx is the introvert who's also super sweet, Aquarien is the loud, confident, outgoing type (and my personal favorite :), and Aurora and Zephie are the two younger ones who do everything together. I love them all so much
