      @@ChannelGamingTech whats the cooling like on it? Id love to see this test on a i7 of the same socket

      @@javajav3004 it’s decent, as you can see in the overlay it hovers around 60c while gaming.
      Until I find an i7 on the same socket. Please watch what this GPU is like with an 8th gen i7 ruclips.net/video/1twLba34oD8/видео.htmlsi=2xHl2hTRpESGILht

      @@ChannelGamingTech i wanted to know the reason of this lag i have an i5 10500f and rx 580 its the best combo recently wanted to buy my little bro an gaming pc i thought i could give him my rx 580 and an i5 3470 but i dont think its good to do so ?

    • @ChannelGamingTech
      @ChannelGamingTech  5 месяцев назад

      @@jaguarjaguar6978 Reason of the lag is the old i5 here along with old DDR3. It does work, it’s playable and probably will work better if FPS is capped at @ 60 so the CPU isn’t constantly being a bottleneck

    BRO WHY U DID NOT TURN ON FSR

    • @ChannelGamingTech
      @ChannelGamingTech  6 месяцев назад

      Because the CPU is already close to 100% usage without FSR. It will actually make the performance worse since CPU is old and not able to generate frame fast enough to feed the GPU

    good video mate i'm planing to get this gpu for my i5 3470s,but how does it perform in warzone in 1366x768

    • @ChannelGamingTech
      @ChannelGamingTech  5 месяцев назад +1

      Thank you ! Going down in resolution won’t bring a big performance gain since this CPU is already bottlenecking with this GPU. This is the best scenario for this kind of setup :)

    wait is there something wrong i get 120-150 fps with i5 10500f and rx 580 in gta v max settings in 1366x768 res though

    • @ChannelGamingTech
      @ChannelGamingTech  5 месяцев назад

      Well your CPU is 7 Generations
      newer (with DDR4) you’re playing @ 720P so of course you will get more FPS :)

    Did you use the stock PSU? How did you go about adding in the GPU? Getting an old Dell Optiplex 3010 MT with he same i5 3470 and gonna get a used RX 580

      @@TibiAltF4 Since it was only for testing. I used a PCIe Riser Cable & external power. Video link below ⬇️ again this was only for testing & benchmarking purposes.

      @@ChannelGamingTech Ahhh got you, watched that video and makes a lot more sense 😂😂 I've ordered in a PSU already since this was a 275W PSU installed and don't have the PCIe connectors. Got a Sapphire Nitro+ RX580 4GB coming too can't wait! How did you get PCIe 3 on your motherboard?

    • @ChannelGamingTech
      @ChannelGamingTech  2 месяца назад

      @@TibiAltF4 Nice ! i5-3470 natively provides PCIe 3.0 If yours is running at 2.0 then it could be the motherboard. I am using a Dell Optiplex 7010 here

    • @TibiAltF4
      @TibiAltF4 2 месяца назад +1

      @@ChannelGamingTech Yeah luckily it's just due to the fact no GPU (Add-In Card) is installed so as a power saving feature (I think?) they disable 3.0 mode and put 2.0. Inserted the RX 580 in and boom PCIe 3.0 worked straightaway! Unfortunately the seller gave it damaged or Yodel did and it came with artifacts so returned that and got an XFX RX 580 4GB GTS XXX Edition instead. Hopefully in tomorrow! Dell Optiplex 3010 MT here, thanks for the video got me a perfect recommendation! Tried GTA 5 with the artifacts and max settings got 60FPS capped so amazing to see! I also just noticed that your CPU clocks weren't turboing like mine was, mine got up to 3.6GHz max on turbo mode. Did you disable yours?

    • @ChannelGamingTech
      @ChannelGamingTech  2 месяца назад

      @@TibiAltF4 Glad this video helped ! PCIe usually drops to its lowest GEN when not being used to save power, so nothing to worry there. Also 3.6GHz is single core max clock, on all core load it’ll be 3.2GHz for most Dell Optiplex 7010 motherboards with power limited BIOS.
