Intelligent and meaningful content gets very little views. A video where someone blows up a coke bottle or a dog drags his butt across the floor gets 100 million views and gets monetized, meaning more people will start producing that kind of content in hopes of money. It's a positive feedback loop. Every year I'm more aware of this and I'm really bothered by it. Some time ago I built a new content platform for free information and science, and nobody wanted to use it. Nobody cared because there wasn't an endless amount of meme videos on there. I'm ready to give up on the Internet, and humanity.
I only found this video because I couldn't sleep and randomly thought "is Mats/Morgan still around?".... I remember learning about you guys because I am big fan of the band MESHUGGAH, then I saw the old video of Fredrik and morgan when I was in highschool in maybe 2007. Then went down the rabbit hole of Morgan, to find out he has a band that sounds like you mixed Spike jones, Frank Zappa, Captain Beefheart, and Meshuggah all into one band. I'm just ashamed it took until 2007 for me to realize Mats/Morgan has been around for almost 40 years. Also, I'm VERY glad you guys are still making music!!!!
