Мелодизм и построение материала пропитано влиянием идей Фрэнка Заппы , и я считаю это нормальным. Музыка Заппы оказала влияние и на меня. Но всё же чувствуется крепкая индивидуальная композиторская опора. Композиторы пересматривают идеи Заппы и других композиторов и музыкантов прошлого ,и сочиняют/играют прекрасные и интересные композиции.
As a kickstart backer I got the audio version of this concert. As soon as the live-video of this concert came up on Vimeo I went there and bought it. I am super super happy that Morgan decided to release it here on RUclips, free of charge. It is one of the best musical journeys I have experienced and I get so inspired by what Mats/Morgan do with music. Even today, I get tears in my eyes and goosbumps all over my body when listening to /watching this. And of course, huge kudos to Tom Trapp, Norrlandsoperans Symfoniorkester, Stefan Jernståhl och Andreas Westman and all others involved to make this happen. Thank you so much!

When I listen to Mats/Morgan play, I find it impossible to be my normal grumpy, sad, narcissistic self. Your music makes me happy to be alive when I hear it and I will be sad the day you two blast off back to the exoplanet from whence you came. Thank you so much for sharing!
Wish I knew about these guys when they were Kickstarting this project. I hope all is well for Matts and that his hearing problem is repaired. The obvious love between these two and their love of music draws me back time and time again.
A friend sent me a short video of someone getting in their Saab 900 and inserting a Rush tape. I said that’s fine, but my jams are Mats and Morgan when I’m in my 900 Turbo Ragtop. I played this for him and he thinks it’s just the bomb! Sweden baby! My roots!

Zappa keeps coming up but this is something utterly unique to you two, it’s not pastiche there’s no sarcasm and mocking, which I’m not belittling Zappa for but this is fresh, unique, childlike, mysterious, joyous, dark,....damn you guys are just on another plane I love you so much

Really interesting music. I can hear the Zappa influence loud and clear, but the mood is quite different - it takes similar musical materials, but uses them in a good-natured manner rather than a sarcastic and crabby one. There's also something in it reminiscent of Samla Mammas Manna, which might perhaps ultimately come from Swedish folk music.

I love it . Inspired by Zappa Synclavier work. It's really fresh and does sound Mats&Morgan music . Are all pieces here a duet writing ? Arrangements are great . NSO and maestro too .. Beautiful sound.

Well Zappa played with Mats and Morgan when they were 17 and 20 and really found them amazing.
