    This looks deeeliciousss 😊 Just a tip re the black treacle. Have a cup of hot water handy, dip the spoon into the water before dipping into the treacle and it will just slide off the spoon. Works everything and less mess. 😊 I got rid of my oven 2 years ago and don't miss it at all.

    Can this be made with normal flour? I need it dairy free but not gluten free. Looks delicious!

    Just tried to make this but not cooked on one side any idea why ? It was in for 40 mins, clean in the middle but collapsed when taken out.

      @@philriley9681 that’s very strange for it to happen on one side. Is your seal working fully (just thinking could best be escaping in one area). Sorry I have no clue as I make this regularly and test with a skewer and those timings are ok.

      @@philriley9681 one thought… what tin did you use? Did you allow it to cool before removing it?

      I used a tin similar to yours, I even put it back in for another 10 mins. I will check the seal. Thankyou.
