Can I ask a question regarding how you put the tins in the oven? When ever I need to use more than 1 rack, say when cooking multiple pizzas, I always have to swap the 1 on top with the lower down ones as the lower down ones don't become golden (thr crust, the cheese, etc). Is it because I have a regular oven and not a fan assisted one perhaps?
A fan oven will circulate the heat better so you’ll have a more even bake! It’s also a good idea to get an oven thermometer in there and check the top and bottom of your oven to ensure it’s the correct temp!

Sticky Toffee Pudding is one of my all time faves! I was planning on making individual mini ones for NYE but this looks like a smart way to go! Funny thing, first time I made them for my friends & family they were afraid I was making them the American version of pudding. They were so confused and so very happy when they realized it was yummy cake with toffee/ caramel sauce. 😂

Dark brown sugar, if you have that, is very similar. That’s what I use to make my recipe for this.
I thought muscovado sugar came from the States! ( Or at least the Caribbean)
