@@cwebed-stuy9951 that's why cricket is more famous than baseball, they don't care about the world. the audacity calling world series, a all americans tournament and then call themselves "world champion" HAHAHAHAHAHA
I'm not a Met's fan and I'm not even from New York or the east coast. I just admire a good 1st start to a MLB career. Can't we admire players from other teams? Because we love watching baseball?
The entire time they're waiting to try and hit that ghost pitch and are never ready for his fast ball nor the ghost pitch or his other pitches. He is no doubt an ace.
And Senga has a really good grip on what he can do. He knows what he has and he can dominate. He's not even at his best yet. That's pretty incredible for the Mets. This was one of the best splashes they made in their offseason.
This is something for the Mets that has to happen this year. Those 3 need to be in sync. Scherzer needs to turn things around again, Verlander needs to get to 100 % because Senga came to the Mets to bring it. He's not playing around. Right now he is the stopper of that rotation. He's an anchor already. I think this Mets team hasn't even gotten synced yet. They're staying around 500 baseball just waiting to begin to take off from there as soon as things begin getting more in synced from the 4 corners of the entire club.
If they're really in synced and all healthy they will beat anyone. Let's see how in sync they are right now early in this season in this series with the padres, while not being all in synced yet. Peterson and Megil have an opportunity to shine, if the offense is on point enough they can take the series.
See RUclips? These kids being shown all the time throwing 90s at young ages doesn’t mean much. Pitching is about finesse and being smart. “This 15 year old throws 92” BS gets old
Teach people that speed isn’t all that. It could easily screw up your arm to pitch that fast at that age. Focus on control, and anyways a filthy slider can be better then a 90 mph fastball
Speed does matter dude look at degrom there’s a reason people can’t hit his 94 mph slider and his 102 mph fastball. All pitchers have their thing and some need speed.
He is so good
For those Americans who claim “Japan brought their best roster to the WBC”, this guy wasn’t even on Team Japan.
USA didn’t have Scherzer, DeGrom, Burnes, Cole, Verlander etc. Americans don’t care about a dumb WBC
@@cwebed-stuy9951 A lot of Americans care about WBC though

He has good stuff!! Excellent work
they did right by not over exposing him. what a nasty strikout pitch!
The pitch is so good that’s one of the pitches hit the plate and the batter swung at that
We got a winner here. Thanks Japan!

He has crazy leg strength to be able to control his lower body throughout the pitching motion and not rely on momentum
he had the bases loaded in the first inning and looked like he was bouta blow up but was lights out instead sheesh
This guys forkball moves like a backyard wiffle ball.!
Right, that's true actually. I can see it. Like Ron Darling said it's like his ball stops in mid air and dies with movement.
And Senga has a really good grip on what he can do. He knows what he has and he can dominate. He's not even at his best yet. That's pretty incredible for the Mets. This was one of the best splashes they made in their offseason.

Can someone tell me what that last pitch was?
It HANGS then just DROPS. At 85 mph.
Wait senga and ohtani on the same rotation........🤔🤔🤫🤫 can't wait.
Sickkkk
If Scherzer turns back to himself and Justin V comes back strong soon, the Mets now can have 3 aces. Senga is an ace pitcher.
