- Through trial and (lots of) error, this is the technique I use to make a modeling chocolate fondant.
Supplies needed:

*1.5kg pre-kneaded fondant (~3 lbs)
*1 x 12oz packet of Wilton's candy melts
*1/4 to 1/3 C of Light Caro Syrup

Thank you for being explicit and clear on your tutorial.
Very much appreciated.🌹👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
This was good. I can't believe all these ignorant people complaining about your video! Really people, don't watch it then! How rude. I appreciate the time you took to share this, thank you!
thank you very much for explain every little thing very clear.. You don't keep yourself any secrets like the others.. Thank you..
Wonderfully thorough tutorial. Thank you so much for taking time to teach us. Lovely voice too 🙂👍🏼
Thanks for sharing all of your tips. I've been searching for something like this :)
If the chocolate messes up when making modelling chocolate re heat it for a few seconds then keep stretching it out using a spatula use a strainer to remove excess oil then place into clean bowl keep stretching and pulling and it should come back together
Great video, thank you for taking the time to make it. I'll give this a try.
Thanks for all the great tips Christine! I will be trying this soon.
Nesha, I think it will work with home made marshmallow fondant.
Hi. Thank you so much for this and I’m literally going to try this within the next few day!!! I’m so excited 😆.
Great video. Nice to have one in uk terms. I assume you colour parts by kneading into the fondant?
Wonderful tutorial 👏🏼✅🙌🏼💐
How would you go about coloring this mixture u just made. What would you change. How does it dry??? Thank you
I think this is the concept behind Dream Fondant. It behaves very much the way you talked about--so I'm guessing this would be good for making letters, etc. Thanks!
The concept is nice, but took entirely to long to watch and way to much rambling. Sorry
Wonderful tutorial! Thank you so much 😊😅😙👏🏼
Thanks for this video! Do seams rub out nicely with this fondant blend? I’m thinking of using this on a 3D unicorn cake this week.
What a good idea thx for sharing
How does this fair in the heat? I live in Florida is hot almost always.. so Iam wondering how this fondant hold in the heat?
Thank you for sharing your video. Can you color it at this point?
I would also like to know if I use 3 lbs of chocolate, how much syrup would I need for the whole 3 lbs? I need to make up a lot at one time. Thank you again.
How do you add it to your fondant? Is it half and half
Hi blessings ty for the video is good You we’re taking about the chocolate molding when they crumble I have this problem I made 2 of them and the same please how I can ad the corn syrup to fix it ty for you help
Can you over a cake with it
Thank you for the great idea. I have a question, can you add completed modeling chocolate to fondant? For example, if I have smaller batches of MC in various colors, can I use the approximate ratios to mix them with fondant?
You can, but the only thing that ever did for me is give me lumps in my fondant.
if the fondant for modeling chocolate gets too stiff can it be put in the microwave for a little bit to warm it up?
Would I be able to make flowers with this? Will it work without adding tylose?
Thanks!ver y important!!!
Hi. I was wondering how you get this to dry since modeling chocolate and fondant dry/harden differently?
Your concept is good, but you tend to ramble at points or get distracted. And you say "it doesn't really a lot". For a beginner, every step matters. What are your ratios of chocolate to corn syrup in U.S. standard measurement? Then is 50/50 fondant/chocolate good? Please answer in your column, I am anxious to try this technique of mixing the chocolate directed into the fondant. Thank you in advance for your response.
All measurements are in the video notes.

Do you have a video that shows how to color this combination?
Can I knead it on a big wood board?
can u substitute syrup with paramount crystals instead
Hello, I was wondering if this would work the same way (would I get the same consistency) if I was to make my own Fondant with marshmallows and powder sugar?
I reckon it would work fine.
Can I make this with marshmallow fondant?
can we refrigerate this for future use. What will be the expiration date for this. will this be good atleast for 3 months in the refrigerator?
Doesn't need refrigerating. Just keep at room temp the way you do wiht regular fondant.
Next time please talk a bit less ... Its very annoying... Sorry for that
Hard to explain how to do something without talking in a video, but ok... I'm sure if lack of talking is what appeals to you, there is likely a tutorial with nice text and music that might be better for you. And there is always the mute button. Cheers.
Its a good video but omg! just get to the point. Keeps repeating certain things over and over. If someone didn't get it or hear it they can watch the video over.
When does the action begin.
You spent the whole video talking talking talking more than working
more on talking than action.... blahblahblah
