Modeling Chocolate - Face Sculpting with Liz Marek

- I was going through some old video files and came across this footage of me working on a class project demo. This is a completely edible sculpted face made from a solid chocolate skull mounted on food safe PVC pipe. The face itself is sculpted form Hot Hands modeling chocolate. The eyes are made from simicakes isomalt (sugar) I colored and dusted the face and yes those are individually placed eyelashes because I'm bonkers about details.

How did you made Eyes ? and what you used for basic face structure because generally for small face we use styrofoam balls and then cover it with fondant?

No but thats a good idea haha. I just use the tip of the x-acto blade to attach them

Purple Pineapple it was a heat gun to slightly melt the surface to smooth the skin
