Which micro-SD size do you advice?

It really depends what you want to do. If this is going to be your primary computer you’re going to want the largest capacity that isn’t going to hurt you financially. The pi400 does not have an sd card size limitation like the Pi zero, 1, and 2 which limits you to 256Gb or below.
If you’re simply looking to surf the web and check emails you could probably get by with an 8gb sd card.
In the video I was using 64Gb cards that I use for videos. My son uses the Pi400 as his only computer and has a 512Gb card and hasn’t run out of space yet.
