It's basically a critical perception of America, from the rest of the world,
in a very humorist way.
For context, man. The lyrical "I" in this song is the US:

As an American Veteran, I love this song. Rammstein made a classic with this one.
You completely miss the point of the song. American globalization takes over ... The African tribe eating pizza, the Muslim with Nike shoes, the Buddhist monks with burgers and sodas, come on man....it's obvious that it isn't a "America is awesome" song. If you watch Deutschland, they have a strong critical view on German history as well. I'd recommend getting a copy of the English translation to be able to understand the song. Also... Stop with the chat, the song is 5 min on avg. You won't lose anyone for not responding in 5 min.

The message is very easy to spot. Just the "We're all living in America" sums it up perfectly. He's not saying that in a good way. He's saying that every country is living in America, under its bad influence, and its culture that takes over the others

As I'm not American it was pretty obvious to me 'Rammstein' were actually pointing out the bad things about America & it's influence on the world.
I can see how Americans automatically think it's a positive song about their Country, even enjoying the catchy hook in the chorus -"we're all living in America".....
