I've seen one like this before. I love the vintage style of the exterior, I love all the porches and I like the idea of two stairways. Two living rooms and an office seems a bit excessive, though the library could be remodeled into a bedroom. The side by side bathrooms upstairs is odd, but one of them could become ensuite to the adjacent bedroom. The is also a possibility of more bedrooms in the attic, with the front stairway as access. The living room TV needs to be moved, and the kitchen needs an island for counter space. It's an interesting plan with possibilities.
