Good video, make it happen, be sure to push Matt and Kalina to new levels... force Leo and Mike to get their sleep deprivation training in. You all are going to smash it out there!
Awesome! Good luck.
Love these videos! I have my first race of the season (Back Yard) in early May and this video was perfect to get mentally into it. I can't wait to see how you do this weekend. Also, great tip on the turkey wrap. Last year I went with sandwiches and it was OK but the bread/buns are harder to eat after you are all sweaty, tired, etc. Wraps are perfect - plus so many calories in the actual wrap it's self. I'm going to do this for sure. Thanks!
Get it!
Congratulations to Matt Clapper - Team "Puke & Ralley!" No doubt you gave him a literal run for his money.
Good luck man!! Thanks a ton for sharing. Doing my first back yard ultra on the 24th this month. Elsie enduro. This was very helpful!
Good luck! What if you're being challenged, how many days are you willing/able to go considering work, etc?
Good Luck! Might be 2 fast for loops thou, slow it down and walk more or you will regret it 20 hrs. in :P also that's a lot of cool down time for your body, better to have 8-10 min rest. Cant wait fore the video.
Are you on Strava dude? Would love to peep your training.
Whats your current smartphone/headphones/running watch?
I enjoy your videos but your language is too "salty" for me, not needed , and add s nothing.
