The Final Test would be to place a SWR meter between the rig and amp. Tune up the amp to max power output. Then turn the slugs in the tuned input circuit of the amp to minimize the SWR (on each band). If you have tank circuit band switch wafer problem, I believe Harbach Electronics has the rear wafer replacement.
My band switch problem is the one in the front that switches the capacitor in for 80 meters. The front half is gone but the back half is intact. It still works on 80 but I’m planning for the inevitable. I checked Harbach but they no longer had them. Even if I could scavenge parts.
Nice video I have the same amp and vna my amp has hi swr on 15 meters I may check it out with the vna and possibly see if I can tune it up a bit thanks for the video
Try putting a SWR meter between the rig and the amp. After tuning up on 15 Meters, tweak the 15 Meter coil slug through the back of the amp for minimum SWR. Remember to NOT use long coax between the rig and the amp.
Nice video. Liked the comment about the upcoming Hamfest season.
Gotta keep a positive outlook!

@@timtimeprojects3576 Darn. Might try the amp repair guy youtube channel, see if he's got a bandswitch. Etc. am sure you will find one.
