EQ iron heads. Stock compression. Comp cam (746-9 114LSA). Hughes upgraded valve spring kit, long tube Pacesetter headers and full dual 3 inch exhaust to 2x jones straight through mufflers. On stock tune, 93 octane tune in the works.

If I had to guess, motor is cold, dumping more fuel because pcm is in closed loop without taking any sensor inputs and RPMS's are a bit higher so its louder. Once its warmed up, it idles lower and quieter. So shock and awe factor?
