Wow, It almost looks like a blow out. So beautifully voluminous. 4c is so wonderfully unique looking. I have 4a hair and some 4b curls mixed in and it’s completely different then 4c hair. So I don’t understand how people are confusing your hair type with that. They must not really know much about hair

Wont lie, I thought I knew 4c hair, when I see this I'm confused. Not only because she says its 4c, but because I'm really not sure what type her hair is. One thing tho is that her hair has some hang, so can it be the weight of the strands causing the hair to look looser? I dunno. I have mostly 4c waist length hair and some 4b in back and a lil 4a. Her hair has crinkles like a wiry zig zag. There's some 4c according to the charting that is fully like a spring coil in those pens. But her end results looks exactly like a wash n go results I had.
The thing is that you don't know about your hair. She knows about it, also professionals corroborate that, so please study a little bit more about it. Have you seen her first videos? Her hair has been changing with all the cares she provides it.
I do know how real 4C hair look like nina, I am going to make a video on how my hair looks in all its states, when it is dry, when it is hydrated, when it is hydrated but not defined, when the hair is defined but not hydrated and when the hair is defined and hydrated. It is also important that I show you my hair with each of the definition techniques that I use, twist, braids, flexi rods and curl by curl as you have seen in this video. Because believe me that each of the conditions that I mentioned makes the hair look one way or another, that will be the next video on this channel☺!
Her hair is indeed 4C - the texture, the shrinkage … all aspects are 4C!! She has long, healthy, beautiful 4C hair. Stop using hair that won’t grow and /or is dry and matted as the standard for 4c - it’s not. Moreover, “real black hair” is all textures: black people can have 2B wavy hair, 3B coily hair, 4B Afro hair - everything!
