    I think it would be a little more helpful to explain that polycistronic gene's mRNA has multiple ORFs as well as mutiple Ribosomal Binding Site (RBS) and that those ORFs are being translated by mutiple ribosomes as the mRNA is being generated (transcription).
    I have watched almost all of your up loads and I think you are the best that i could find! I am very greatful for your work you are a huge huge help to me. Thank you!

    Sir I have a question : Is mRNA modification sequential? Splicing capping and tailing steps occurs simultaneously or does it follow a particular order?

    One question: what is the purpose of introns? I mean why are they even there in the first place if they're not coding for anything useful? Do they have a role in gene regulation perhaps?
