    Brilliant. This has sharpened my understanding of dogma theory of protein synthesis

    No one can explain where this trna came from.

      Well for me it's simply part of the whole machinery perfectly designed to manufacture proteins😊🧡

    • @XxlightxX
      @XxlightxX 2 месяца назад +1

      @MadisonMunarPhD I think it was made in the nucleolus from rna polymerase III and attached itself to an aminoacid in the cytoplasm.

      @MadisonMunarPhD  2 месяца назад

      @XxlightxX Transfer ribonucleic acid (tRNA) is primarily synthesized from tRNA gene through transcription by RNA polymerase and becomes the mature form via several steps: processing, splicing, CCA addition and posttranscriptional modification (onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1002/9780470015902.a0000529.pub2#:~:text=Transfer%20ribonucleic%20acid%20(tRNA)%20is,CCA%20addition%20and%20posttranscriptional%20modification.)
      The synthesis of tRNA is just like the same with the synthesis of other proteins, it is encoded in the gene and then transcribed by RNA polymerase and translated into amino acids
