    Hello Ms. Jeline , can we also apply this method of troubleshooting in other telco acct? How can we conclude na need na palitan SIM ni cx? Curious lang po. Kasi common issue din kasi ang no data but can call and text. Thanks.

    Hello po mam . Sakin namn po nakapasa po ako sa initial interview sa centris alorica kahapon nakadalawang beses pa nga ako kina.congratulate ng interviewer tapos sabi nya antayin ko daw ang assesment at final interview na e send nila sa email . Bat ngayon wla pa? At pwede kaya e txt ko yung # na tumawag sakin kahapon tanungin ko?

      Madalas kasi dear hindi parepareho ang timeframe nila eh. Merong within a week binibigay na yung list of requirements, meron din namang tumatagal ng weeks and months. Mas maganda siguro dear every week humingi ka ng update sa kanila...

      Nako po napakadami🤣 hindi ko na maisa isa dito basta lahat ng related sa issue sa internet, account, plan ng customer possible na mahandle mo.

      Where else could you possibly get your internet if you don't have Wi-Fi?

      Remember that in this scenario, the previous agents already performed the basic troubleshooting steps (plan/device check, power cycle, reset network settings, refresh signal from the nearest tower) except for the factory data reset and changing the sim card.
      Resolution may vary depending on the situation, but changing the sim card is definitely one of them. You'll know it dear when you take in phone calls for telco...
