    In regards to BPO. I think they hire another company mainly because of lower salary cost. Am from Puerto Rico , which is a colony from USA , and we get paid a bit less than american ones. Most of us are fully bilingual and americans are mostly not and we have to assist hispanics customers over here. Love how you explain the jargons use in the industry. Great video

Every thing I needed prior successfully being hired on my first experience was mostly listening, watching your videos and taking lessons from those.     Candice, thank you for your very valuable videos. My bigger struggle with call center jobs is the customer’s foreign names. Even though I know the alphabet very well, I struggle when they are spelled out to me, I find it they say it to fast.

    How about Non-voice po? Ano po mga ginagawa po sa Non-voice? Hehe. Nagbabalak palang pa po kasi ako mag apply sa call center, it's either Voice or Non-voice account. Nakakamotivate po ang mga video niyo po. ❤️☺️

    its crazy the amount of people that i get on a call asking me "DO YOU SPEAK ENGLISH" "ARE YOU FROM AMERICAN" because they cant understand anyone from help desk/tech, I understand them because when I call tech support it is touch to understand some of my colleges but also dont be an asshole, try to talk to the agent.

    True here in Canada the call enter pays minimum wage and that is $15 - $18 per hour. However these wages are considered small here and you can barely survive if this is only your source of income specifically when you have a family to feed. The cost of living here is expensive that is why it is also considered as a survival jobs here. Where new comers to Canada, students and less educated people are working in this job. So basically it is considered a lower end job here.

    I was annoyed with some colleagues who said AC-dub instead of ACW or after call work. Later on i adapted it. Anyone no worries informal English sometimes is applicable Working in the Bpo as long as it is understandable spoken English communication. Basic English Lang talaga.
